The Forester has been on the top of our list lately but the first dealer we went to did not impress. Our second trip was back to ford. I have always loved my Fords so Subaru had to really win us over. We did have a Ford all picked out as a possible purchase but still in the comparison mode moved on to Patriot. Pat Kelly was very professional and friendly when greeting us at the door. He was very observant to our needs and really focused in on what we were looking for. I had no intention of leaving any dealer with a vehicle this weekend but they really worked within our budget to help us move quickly into my dream car. The Forester is of course an awesome drive. In the past I found financing was much easier through my own bank but Shawn Lajuenesse was able to work out a good finance plan that allowed us to drive off the lot in our new car. Thank you both for taking the extra time to work it all with us. Friends did recommend Patriot Subaru to us and I am happy to be a new member of the patriot family. More

So after doing our research, crunching the numbers, and having our financing in place we headed out. Upon arriving we meet Pat Kelly who put me at ease with his relaxed no pressure demeanor. One test ride later and we knew the Forester was the vehicle for our family and Pat was just the type of person I enjoyed dealing with. The dealership has a no haggle price policy, but we had a budget and was determined to meet it. We did spend a total of two hours between the test ride and the number crunching and made a decision the following day to purchase. The dealership is a little smaller than others and we did have to wait for the color and model, which took about two weeks. The dealership also offers a fantastic life time warranty of the powertrain and engine assuming you follow the recommended maintenance schedule, which was also a huge part of our decision. They will try and sell you every additional warranty package during the finance process, but overall that was pretty painless because we already had our loan in place. The only negative experience was being left on hold for twenty minutes when I was attempting to finish some paperwork details. If you are looking for a Subaru and want an enjoyable sales experience I would recommend searching out Pat Kelly. He was just the type of person my wife and I needed to make our purchase. More

Great experience in every way! I knew I wanted a Forester and I went to a different Subaru dealership in May and simply did not feel like the salesman knew the cars well and it felt I knew I wanted a Forester and I went to a different Subaru dealership in May and simply did not feel like the salesman knew the cars well and it felt like a transaction, and simply put, it pushed me away. We reached out to Patriot, set up an appointment with Shawn and we came in the next day. He introduced me to Chris who was incredibly informative, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained how Patriot Subaru is different from other dealers, explained the features of the car; in short, I just got a good vibe right from the start. Needless to say, I bought a new car that day, and met with Max and went over the financing and insurance options. It was ready the following day, and everyone there was helpful in showing me how to set up the radio, connect my phone to Bluetooth, etc. All in all, a truly enjoyable experience and I am so happy with my new 2017 Forester! More

After a brief chat it was established that this was a different dealership, felt absolutely no pressure to purchase or proceed any further than we wanted to. We threw around some numbers and went over all our options to purchase or lease in our price range and decided to take the weekend to decide and it wasn't woah woah lets keep the customer here it was whenever your ready we are here. We got as far as our car and decided the deal was too good to pass up and at this point Shawn came through on all his prices and guarantees, no hidden fees costs etc. Pat and Ed Mcbride came from north Attleboro to OUR local CT dmv, waited in line for over 2 hours and made a seem less transaction. Ed went above and beyond to make sure we understood all the features of our new car as well. I have purchased a fair share of cars in my lifetime but none compared to how easy the staff was to deal with and how well we were taken care of us from beginning to end. I highly recommend if your looking for a Subaru to come talk to Shawn, Pat and Ed! More

Of course, they could show me a nice Subaru.... Are the glowing reviews posted real? We went across the street and were treated very well. More

The first person I interacted with at the dealership was Rob. After receiving a quote on true car and monitoring the site I spoke with Rob on the phone. He was very straightforward and to the point which I appreciated. After closing the deal I met with Max who worked in finance. He was obviously focused on crushing paperwork all day but in the limited time I spent with him he was friendly and informative. When an issue came up with the registration he called the next day and helped to resolve it quickly. On my way out from picking up the car I met Shawn who was one of the sales managers. He was very friendly and asked about my experience. I wanted to buy a T shirt but the parts department was closed. He offered to put one aside for me to purchase the next day or to ship me one. I saved the best for last, our saleswoman Brittany. She was extremely pleasant, respectful and easy to work with. She made the entire experience a positive one for my Wife and I. Brittany gave us all the info we needed without being pushy or invasive. During the test drive she was relaxed and help full. Every time we entered the dealership or spoke on the phone she greeted us like we were friends. She clearly did everything in her power to make sure we had a great experience. Overall I had a great experience at Patriot Subaru and would highly recommend Brittany as your salesperson. More

He explained all the features, answered all my questions and followed up with me to see if I needed any more help. Shawn, Mike, Jim, Caitlin & Collin were also very helpful & a pleasure to do business with. I had gone to another Subaru dealership closer to home before I knew about Patriot. The service wasn't even close. My only question would be, why go anywhere else? More
An unfortunate interaction I called this dealership to ask about an STI that I was interested in buying. Christine was phenomenal - straightforward and honest. I misinterpreted an offer for an STI base vs STI premium, and she handled my misunderstanding quite professionally. My issue is with my interaction with Shawn, who took the phone from her and proceeded to speak to me in Spanish, though all of my prior interactions with Patriot Subaru had been in English. I am fluent in both, having done all of my schooling including college and medical school in the United States. I understand why he may have done this - to try to establish rapport and be friendly - but I did find it rather insulting to make the assumption that I'd be more comfortable in Spanish rather than English. He conveyed his enthusiasm for helping me, including nationwide search and delivery for the exact car that fits my needs, and described the lifetime warranty in detail, so what he said and did was fine. However, I was strongly put off by his presumptuous use of Spanish. For future reference, I would ask the client first what he or she would prefer. More

They didn't have to be hard sell because they have a good product at a competitive price. We bought here because of the price and convenient location, but the dealership is worth the trip even if you don't live in the immediate Attleboro area. More
