Having decided on a Subaru, my spouse and I researched several Subaru dealerships and visited a few, we had pretty poor experiences with trying to be put in a vehicle that wouldn't fit my needs. After researching more on the dealerships themselves, we found Patriot Subaru. The reviews on this place don't even do it justice. I have always been hesitant at dealerships, however, Patriot Subaru was a breath of fresh air. They really took into account our need without up-selling vehicles and the team was so patient and bent over backwards to make sure that we got the vehicle that would suit us best. We also had a unique situation of leasing the vehicle from a different state which didn't even phase them. The facility is beautiful with a great service department, but again, the key is the staff who are so welcoming, warm and attentive. In particular, Bruce Grabert was so helpful and really took us through the entire process of what leasing our brand new Subaru. He really listened to our needs and put us in the perfect vehicle. Bruce's welcoming demeanor and propensity to actively listen to his customers is a skill that does not come naturally to most. Bruce has this in droves. Moreover, Bruce was never pressuring us to Moreover, Justin Overdeep, the manager with whom we worked was outstanding and really helped get us on our way. Very accommodating and really went out of the way to make sure we got the exact vehicle that we wanted with the options that we wanted, right down to the right color! Shawn was an amazing at helping us deal with our unique lease situation and really gave us the best advice on how we should finance and what other options would be prudent to purchase as well. He never pressured for us to add non-necessary add-ons to drive up the sales price. I literally could keep going on and on about how amazing this place is, but rather, you should just head down to Patriot Subaru and meet Bruce and Justin. One of the first things you'll learn when you talk to your salesperson is that they are paid salary, not on sales commission. It changes the experience because you can lower your defenses a bit, and understand they just want to help match you to the perfect Subaru (used or new) that is right for you. They have no personal incentive to sell you into a car that exceeds your budget. I dealt with the dealership manager Jim Connolly, and my sales person was Bruce Grabert. They were both friendly open and honest about the cars they had to offer me. Bruce really walked me through all the details. He was very knowledgeable, patient and generous with the time he spent with me. We ultimately identified a perfect used vehicle that met my needs. When I came to pick up my car (in a snow storm), they had it ready for me with tons of attention to detail. They had washed/waxed the vehicle professionally, and they did such a deep detailing job on the interior, that it looked like a brand new vehichle. They installed my accessories for me, and their tech genius helped me quickly learn all the tech features in my new vehicle so that I drove away comfortable and knowledgeable about the operation of my car. SO HAPPY!! I went to this dealership after finding a 2015 Honda Accord Sport on their inventory for an excellent price. My fiance and I went into it with a no BS attitude- wanted to buy the car no questions asked. Our sales man, Bruce, knew exactly the type of experience we wanted. No hassle, no BS sales talk, just "sign here" "sign here" and "here", all while maintaining a very friendly, calm, and polite demeanor that I more than appreciated. Jim, the manager, was so pleasant and went ABOVE AND BEYOND with us to make us happy. Just an overall great guy who really took care of us. The staff was literally hustling getting paper work done and the car ready to drive off the lot. They respected our time. Great warranty on not even a Subaru!!! They really took great care of us and I would go back here in a heart beat- HUGE thanks to everyone!!!!!!! I always dreaded the day I had to buy a new car but these guys really made it pleasant! My experience was the complete opposite. Bruce made what was a daunting experience painless and, dare I say almost exciting. He helped me find my dream car; a 2015 Impreza that was barely used and in perfect condition, and more importantly within my price range. We were able to work the monthly payments to something perfectly manageable and he was very patient with me as I fumbled through the process of financing and paperwork. He showed me all the little features that I didn't even know cars could have. Everyone was perfectly willing to work with me and my needs - I live a couple hours away from the dealership and was pleasantly surprised by how little the distance impacted the process. They were nice enough to take my trade in even though I forgot the title at home! The whole process was very transparent and I never felt bullied or pressured. And now I have what is literally the nicest car I have ever owned, and I am so, so happy with it. More

After a long MLK Monday of visiting and test driving other vehicles (on my list) to urgently replace my recently totaled 08' BMW, Dave Sacco greeted us with a warm handshake and a friendly and charismatic smile as I sat in the driver's seat of a 2017 Outback on the showroom floor. I was immediately surprised at the overall quality of construction, interior size, ground clearance and simplicity of the dashboard as compared to others we had driven prior that day. Also impressive was the maneuverability, quiet ride, awesome stereo system as we took it for a spin on 295 back to the dealership via the country roads of Cumberland RI. Dave's instruction and ease of operation of all the "bells and whistles" along with his helpful assurance in learning all things Technical on the Outback was apparent. Thanks Dave! 0% Financing and the deal was quickly and kindly sealed with Shawn in Finance. Thanks for the ease and speed of bringing it all together so quickly.
