Patriot Subaru 'Suburb Sales Service" I was not looking for a new car. I was at this dealer having a routine service done on my car. While roaming thru the dealership I noticed the 2017 Fo I was not looking for a new car. I was at this dealer having a routine service done on my car. While roaming thru the dealership I noticed the 2017 Forester and was commenting on some of the model changes. I began speaking with Bruce Grabert. We talked about a lot of details about the new model. Remember, I was not looking for a new car. He suggested the look at my current Forester and give me a trade-in value. I said no and went back to the service waiting area. I began thing long term and decided to let them look at my car. We talked a bit more. There were going to send me the details of the trade in value and details of the new Forester in question. I asked Bruce not to call me that if I had more questions I would get back to him. Bruce was fantastic and I never felt any pressure from him (I know that's hard to believe, but it is true). A few days later I went back with trade-in value in had and had now decided this may be a good idea for the long term. I spoke to Bruce again. I then met the normally "dreaded manager" to try and finalize the "deal". I was pleasantly surprised in speaking with Justin Overdeep. He was beyond pleasant and not the least bit intimidating (as some of these managers can be). I told him my bottom line and we were able to get there. I next met with the Shawn Lajeunesse, the credit manager, again with Shawn service was quick and easy. I cannot say enough good thing about this dealership. When I returned to pick up the car I got to meet Justin's Shih Tzu dog name "Tony Montana", absolutely adorable. I also must give a shout out to Cody Charpentier who help me with all of the new electronics, he was amazing! More

Upon arrival we were greeted nicely and invited inside for a conversation. The atmosphere was nice and we did not feel pressured to anything. We talked about what kind of vehicle we were looking for. After talking some more we have been informed that they have more of this particular model and options. We went outside to the lot and we saw EXACLTY what we were looking for. Nothing less nothing more. PERFECT. We went further with the paperwork and trading in our old car. Everything was smooth and pressure free. From the beginning which started with their website and the immediate follow-up from Christine Clougherty who immediately emailed their inventory for the car I was looking for to being greeted at the dealership door when I arrived at their beautiful new showroom. It was President's weekend and Christine set us up immediately with Cody Charpentier who took us on a test drive of the Outback and explained every feature and any question we had; he knew his vehicles inside and out. After that we met with Bruce Grabert who reviewed another vehicle with us and guided us through our final decision with no pressure at all. He even stayed after closing to make this happen. The next day we reviewed our buying/leasing options with Bruce and then met with Max Meritil who walked us through in detail and answered all of our questions about financing, Last but not least is the friendly family atmosphere and the company's commitment to giving back to the community through charitable organizations and discussing this with Adam Arens.
