I contacted this dealership on 12/11/19 with interest in a used 2012 GMC Sierra 2500hd duramax I was intrested in purchasing if all checked out. I was put in touch with the sales associate Nataleigh Briscoe a used 2012 GMC Sierra 2500hd duramax I was intrested in purchasing if all checked out. I was put in touch with the sales associate Nataleigh Briscoe around 10am. I expressed my interest in the truck and wanted to see actual photos of the vehicle, the carfax and the latest maintenance report on the vehicle. She said she would text me her contact info immediately and send photos and the carfax over that afternoon. I reached back out 2 hours later as she never sent her contact info and expressed my interest in the carfax and photos again. She immediately sent her contact info over. (No carfax or pictures) At 5pm I text Nataleigh with no response, so I contacted the dealership directly and was told she was with a customer so I contacted the dealership through there internal mailing system directly from there website. From here I was put in touch with Harley Callahan one of the internet sales managers. He apologized and pawned me back of on Nataleigh. Nataleigh reaches out by phone at 5:57pm. I was unable to answer and when I returned the call I was told she left at 6pm. I relayed this to Harley abs he said he would have her contact me in the morning. I also redundantly text Nataleigh requesting she send the pictures and info the next morning as I’m trying to plan time to travel the 6 hours one way but won’t be doing so without the info. I reached back out to Harley at 9:30am the next day asking him to have anyone contact me with the requested info. No response. 10:30 am I call the dealership and get another sales associate while pretending to not already be dealing with anyone else. I get Stephen to answer som basic questions and almost immediately sends the car fax or auto check (off brand carfax) report and the truck checks out well. He says he is headed to take pictures right then for me. I also requested the most recent maintenance of inspection report of the vehicle. He responded at noon that they do run them through maintenance but never sent a report I asked at 12:45 if he had taken pictures yet and received no response. At 3:15 I sent them the following message. “It baffles me that you can't take the time to send a few photos or even respond when I have 25k cash to spend and am willing to come 6 hours to come purchase a vehicle from you. I'll be leaving a detailed negative review and will move on with my vehicle search.” At 4:20 they finally responded with a generic apology and 3 photos of the truck... you can’t even see the entire right side in the photos... ya after you treat me like I don’t matter then send half xxx photos I’m Going to come spend 25k with you guys, get real... Oh and along the way they mentioned that all of there prices are listed assuming you trade in a vehicle otherwise that are 2k more of you pay cash... that isn’t listed anywhere on Autotrader or on www.ardmorechevybuickgmc.com so in my opinion that is also false advertising. If you value customer service at all I would stay far far away from this place. They will only waste your time. More
