We would highly recommend working on a deal with Tony Gayanich. He is the car salesman we asked for when looking for a new car. He has an outstanding reputation in Ardmore for being patient, kind, and ho Gayanich. He is the car salesman we asked for when looking for a new car. He has an outstanding reputation in Ardmore for being patient, kind, and honest. He puts no pressure on you to buy a car, and will not try to get you to buy a car you do not need. We can not say enough nice things about him. Would we recommend Brad Fenton, yes, as long as Tony is there. The GMC /Chevy place on Grand is the one he is at. We would not do business with the one on Holiday Dr.. We did not like the manager's attitude, nor we're we impressed with the sales team. The reviews we have read on Brad Fenton have not been all that positive, but the reviews we read on Tony were all excellent. We have never had any dealings with Fenton Motors, so we have not formed an opinion on any other aspects. Several of our friends an relatives use Mike Hellack, which is where we would have gone if Tony had not been the type of salesman he is We believe a lot of the negative reviews we have read on Brad Fenton ,and other dealers in town would change if the carsalesmen would take lessons from Tony . The deal they made us on our car beat all the other dealers in town. We love our 2013 Chevy Equinox, and hope all our future dealings with this dealership are as positive as the buying of the car has been . Tony stayed over two hours showing us all the gadgets, and how to use them. We also know that after the sale,he will still be around if we need him. Thank you Tony for all you do. More
I live in Dallas and I found a 2009 Tahoe LS with 39k miles for $26K (a great price at the time for similar vehicles). NADA said the car was worth $29k so the 2hr drive each way to Ardmore, OK was worth miles for $26K (a great price at the time for similar vehicles). NADA said the car was worth $29k so the 2hr drive each way to Ardmore, OK was worth it, or so I thought. I called the Brad Fenton GM Superstore (Ardmore, OK) FRIDAY (06/15/12) and confirmed the Tahoe was in stock. Again, Saturday morning (06/16/2012) at about 9AM, I called the Brad Fenton GM Superstore (Ardmore, OK) and talked to “Meeka” from Internet Sales, she confirmed the car was available for purchase, confirmed the price, and offered to pull the car up front for me and let the other salespeople know she was working with someone on a deal so the car would not be sold. I gave “Meeka” my name, phone number, and setup a time (1200-100pm depending upon traffic) to be at the Brad Fenton GM Superstore (Ardmore, OK). We drove the 2 hours or so and when we (my wife and I) got to the Brad Fenton GM Superstore (Ardmore, OK) we found the dealership located in a Strip Mall and asked for “Meeka”. Although only 1230, “Meeka” had “left for the day” and we would be working with her manager (we never caught his name). As it turns out, unfortunately the car we wanted was sold yesterday, in fact, the last deal of the day (what are the odds?). No one called and let us know the car was sold. However, the manager did happen to have a 2007 Chevy Tahoe LS with over 103k miles on special for $19,999 (well above average price at the time for similar vehicles). The manager said it was a great deal and he would give us an extra special deal since we made the drive up from Dallas. We said no, for an extra $6k we wanted the car 2 years newer with 60,000 less miles. We confronted the manager about the issue of confirming a car, price, and appointment, we were essentially told, “Sorry, but what can I do? They hire girls in the internet department and they do not listen to me.” Apparently the word of employees at Brad Fenton GM Superstore (Ardmore, OK) is less than credible. The manager found another Tahoe at a “partner” dealership, a 2007 Chevy Tahoe LS model with 60k plus miles for $27K. The manager said it was a good deal to spend more money on a 2 year older vehicle with almost double the miles on it than the car we came in for. I told him we can find better deals (newer vehicles, less miles, less expensive) in Dallas than the 2007 Chevy Tahoe LS he found. We heard a lot of empty apologies from the manager, but at no time did the Brad Fenton GM Superstore (Ardmore, OK) ever offer to do anything about our troubles. We asked to speak to another manager, but none was available and the owner was out. We were not looking to be given a free car, we just wanted to be treated fairly under the circumstances. The Brad Fenton GM Superstore (Ardmore, OK) did not offer to, do the decent thing, and compensate us for our time or even just pay for the tank of gas we wasted driving up to see the 2009 Tahoe that may have well been a “unicorn”. When I mentioned “fraud” and “bait-and-switch tactics” loudly in the customer filled showroom the manager did not seem to appreciate my flair for the dramatic. I will never do business with this shady Brad Fenton GM Superstore (Ardmore, OK). The people I know in Oklahoma, I will tell them to avoid Brad Fenton GM Superstore (Ardmore, OK) like the plague due to the poor customer service, unprofessionalism, and lack of integrity. I wish anyone who deals with this Brad Fenton GM Superstore (Ardmore, OK) has better luck than we did and avoids any “lemons” or “unicorns” from this dealership. More
Worst service ever. Brought my car in for an alignment and to have them look at a engine code and patch a tire. 8 hours later I call them to be told they had only "gotten around to" repairing the tire and and to have them look at a engine code and patch a tire. 8 hours later I call them to be told they had only "gotten around to" repairing the tire and that the service techs had been "passing around" the work order the whole day to see who wanted to work on it.
