So far, they have failed to meet their obligations We found a Chevy Trax listed on the internet. So, we told them we didn't want the vehicle without cruise control. They said that Cruise control could be added in a couple of days for $500. So we asked them to write up our total costs for the vehicle and we would contact them the next business day. We called them. They required us to make an appointment so that the paperwork would be ready when we arrived. We arrived for the appointment, the paperwork was not ready. We sat around for almost an hour... while different people shuffled papers in front of us to sign.... then they said that they made a mistake and had us resign some papers. (unfortunately we discovered later that they added an extra $218 to our price in addition to the cost of the cruise control). But, also when they did the last minute switch job on the paperwork they removed the cruise control from the invoice, yet still charged us for it. Now, I have a car without cruise control and I paid $718 more than was agreed... and I'm being told that the cruise control part is rare and on back order. Oh, and they didn't call us with this information, we had to call them and track them down. These people are making it very hard to trust them. I hope that they make good on the agreement, but they have failed us so far. I'll write again and let you know if I ever get cruise control and what their explanation is for the extra unexpected increase the base price of the car. More

Not concerned about the customer In early April, my wife went down to Fenton to purchase a 2012 Honda Crosstour. She arrived there Friday night during a rainstorm, ended up purchasing In early April, my wife went down to Fenton to purchase a 2012 Honda Crosstour. She arrived there Friday night during a rainstorm, ended up purchasing the car. She purchased an extended warranty after repeatedly telling the financial person she did not want it. He tried to sell it as being 9.00 difference from her car payment, from 225.00, only going up to 234.00. She was tired, wet, not wanting to hassle with them anymore, so agreed. When she got home, we discussed it. We called Fenton Saturday morning to let them know we were not going to take the extended warranty. The finance person said he did not know if he could do that since the loan was at the bank now.(He deals only in finance, how could he not know?) We did not have the car yet, as they were delivering the car to us that afternoon. They ended up being able to take off the extended warranty, When they brought the car to my wife and had her sign papers indicating the new payment amount, it dropped her payment from originally 225.00 to 180.00. So he LIED about the payment amounts. It was not a 9.00 difference. They when we tried to get them to send the paperwork to us, he wanted us to come down there to get it(1/1/2 drive as he said people normally stop by to get the paperwork). I imagine he felt slighted that he did not get a commission from selling the extended warranty, but where in this transaction would we feel like coming back to buy another car from them?It seems like any dealerships I go to anymore, are only out for that sale, not for the return customer. It's sad, because I think in the long run, a dealership could make alot more money More

A week after I purchased I referred my cousin to the dealership (her credit isn't very good at all) she was still able to purchase, had an affordable payment AND they sent me $100 just because I sent her to the dealership!!! I will refer all my friends and family to Fenton GM and I will purchase ALL of my future cars from there as well!!! :) More
Too my car in, a Saturn Ion 2004 for repair of the starter switch over 8 months ago. They replaced linkage, supposedly fixed the burned out cig. lighter, balanced tires. What a rip! The vehical is now recalled for the switch and the cig. lighter never did work! The weight fell off the tire which put it out of round again. I had a extra key made for my car, $9.00 and it only works in the door!!! Now I'm taking it in to get it refixed for the ignition switch and asking for my money back from last time because it has the same problem. These people are rip off's! They knew there were problems with the switch, but no they replaced the linkage. Use someone else, not them. I have to go to them Wednesday to get the switch fixed again and I will post if any problems. Hope Fenton gets a copy of these complaints. More
I live approximately 30 miles from Brad Fenton GM Superstore of Ardmore. I was in Ardmore shopping and stopped by to get an appointment to have vent visors put on my 2012 Equinox. I asked 'Katina' h Superstore of Ardmore. I was in Ardmore shopping and stopped by to get an appointment to have vent visors put on my 2012 Equinox. I asked 'Katina' how long it would take to order the vent visors. I wanted to go back the following week to have them put on. I also wanted an oil change and tires rotated all at the same time. She told me that she could get the vent visors the very next day and she would give me a "Ladies Day" special oil change if I could come in the next day. I really didn't want to do the 30 miles in and 30 miles back home again the next day, By the way I'm 74 years old. But she assured me that the vent visors would be there so I agreed. Appointment set for 2 pm. I make that extra trip in there and she had not even ordered the vent visors! So I made a 60 mile trip in there for the vent visors which I didn't get. I was very disappointed about that and let them know about it. I went ahead and had the "Ladies day" oil change and tires rotated. Then found out that I didn't get any special at all, because I paid the regular price of $37.81 for the oil change. And I told 'Katina' to forget about the vent visors. Katina told me that my vehicle was where "I" parked it. Well I parked it in the parking lot so I went into the parking lot looking for my vehicle. Walked all over the parking lot, could not find it, so I went back into the garage area and there it was parked where the "attendant" had left it. I felt like a total idiot. I had enough of Brad Fenton GM Superstore! My daughter happen to call me that evening and I told her about my horrible experience with BFS in Ardmore, Ok. and how no body there seemed to care about what was happening to me. She called the dealership to let them know what had happened to me. Next day I got a call from "service manager Aaron Brown" who half heartedly apologized but really didn't want to do anything except give me some gas for my next trip in there. They put that sticker on my windshield letting me know that I need another oil change in 3 months. So I asked him why I drove the vehicle for over nine months, little over 10,000 miles and still had 16 percent life to go according to "Onstar" now all of a sudden I need oil change in 3 months. He could not give me a reasonable answer and accused me of just wanting to argue with him. I do not have the time to tell you of all the unreasonable things he said about not relying on "Onstar" for maintenance of my vehicle. I'm thinking then why pay for 'Onstar' if you can't rely on it. After hanging up the phone I called my brother-in-law and asked him for his opinion. He recommended me to go with 'Onstar' rather than Brad Fenton Superstore in Ardmore, Ok. My first and last visit to BFS. More
