Overall, I was pleased with my salesperson and the service I received; however, I encountered an issue with the vehicle that was disappointing. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and specifically service I received; however, I encountered an issue with the vehicle that was disappointing. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and specifically asked the salesperson if it had been smoked in. I was assured that it had not. Unfortunately, upon delivery, it was immediately apparent that the vehicle had been smoked in. While I admit I am quite particular on this matter, the discrepancy between my expectations and the vehicle’s condition was disappointing. Perhaps my smeller and his smeller don't work the same. While I genuinely appreciate the effort put into the overall transaction, I believe this aspect could have been handled with greater transparency. I would recommend more thorough checks or verifications to ensure accurate representations of vehicle conditions for future customers. More

I'm a little disappointed with my recent service on November 21. Still have an check engine light on that was suppose to be cleared and I have transmission fluid leaking on the garage floor (which is November 21. I felt that I was pressured into buying the Nissan Altima. I told the guy that I was talking to that I wouldn't be able to buy that new of a model of car but he kept on insisting that I should have it Altima. After meeting Mr Ryan Scott for the first time as my new service advisor, I felt very comfortable and very satisfied with how he handled my service repair for my Chrysler 300. He did a very good job on work service advisor, I felt very comfortable and very satisfied with how he handled my service repair for my Chrysler 300. He did a very good job on working on how to make things much easier for me as a customer to apply a 15% discount and to work with my extended warranty insurance. Ryan is very knowledgeable and very intelligent when it comes to caring for your car service. I hope to see him in the near future I think he's going to make a great employee and will be a great asset to CDJR. I had a really nice experience with him and all of the people I encountered.
