Great experience all around! - Mrsbeller82

Great experience all around! Will use them again - for sure. We shopped around for a new car and visited many dealerships. The help we received at Jim Glover was the best by far!

We had an excellent experience working with Corey. - Kim West

We had an excellent experience working with Corey. We had been searching for the perfect vehicle for months, and he was incredibly patient throughout the process. He went above and beyond to find the exact Dodge Durango we were looking for. We also bring our vehicle here for all of our oil changes and have always received outstanding service. The staff is friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them!

Meltons Service consistently provides exceptional - CULLENRAPER24

Meltons Service consistently provides exceptional service. They’re thorough, efficient, proactive, and always willing to accommodate their customers. I recently had to leave my truck there for several days after the work was completed, and they made the entire process seamless and convenient. Their professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail are what keep me coming back. Top-tier customer service every time.

I typically don't leave reviews, but I feel compelled to - Ashley McMahan

I typically don't leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in hopes that it helps others make informed decisions. I’ve had a series of frustrating and disappointing experiences with this dealership that I can’t overlook. First, I’m still waiting 5 MONTHS later on the refund for the extended warranty I purchased on my previous car (that I bought from them) — a vehicle I had for just over a year and put fewer than 10,000 miles on. It’s been far too long with no resolution, despite multiple follow-ups. Second, I found out after the deal was done that the dealership used my manufacturer rebate toward the deal without informing me. I had planned to use that rebate separately and I only agreed to the terms because I believed I still had it available.Their failure to disclose this was deceptive and manipulative. Third, within a week of getting my new vehicle, the windshield developed a large crack starting at the very top — there was no impact site or damage consistent with a rock. It was clearly a defect or stress crack, but the dealership was unwilling to offer any support. Lastly, no one was serious about working with me until just a couple of hours before closing when the owner of the lot pushed for a deal then they decided to call me. Because everything was rushed at the end, important details were missed. For example, I was told the car had wireless Apple CarPlay — a feature I specifically asked about. Turns out, it doesn’t. I only discovered this days later when trying to set it up myself. Had I known the truth upfront, it likely would have changed my purchase decision. This entire experience has been marked by lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for the customer. I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. I will never return to this dealership, and I do not recommend it to anyone looking for an honest or respectful car-buying experience.

Traveling from North Carolina to New Mexico in our new... - Sallyjeandaley

Traveling from North Carolina to New Mexico in our new Dynamax RV, which sits on Dodge Ram 5500, a service light came on. Kyle Edwards Auto Group took us in within an hour for diagnostic and had us back on the road within another hour. Thank you Jimmy and the whole service team! We hope not to be back in the shop again soon but if we need to, we are coming to you! Sally & Michael
