I took my 2022 Ram 1500 in for safety recall (75B/NHTSA 24V-653). I had 1500 miles still left before my next service but I decided to have that done anyway. I was at the dealership for 2 hours 45 minutes. 24V-653). I had 1500 miles still left before my next service but I decided to have that done anyway. I was at the dealership for 2 hours 45 minutes. After I texted the Service Advisor to ask them if they were close to being finished he showed up to tell me they could not do the recall because RAM recalled that recall. That being the case why was I at the dealership for almost 3 hours? The service should have taken less than an hour. I think they forgot about me as I sat in the service lounge. The dealership should have known well in advance and informed me that the recall was not available at this time. I would have waited to bring it in. More

Found a truck online that fit our budget with a warranty, got there truck wasn't there, got pushed into a truck with no warranty, still has roofing company graphics on the roof that we seen once we got home, got there truck wasn't there, got pushed into a truck with no warranty, still has roofing company graphics on the roof that we seen once we got home, tire light came on as we left dealership, oil change light came on while headed home , had to replace the heater blower motor two days later, promised a new front windshield ,no one has yet to call and schedule that , truck still has issues that we our working through, only got one key, no floor mats ,our sales guy was a good one ,finance guys were to pushy took three hours just to get out of there , definitely wish would have inspected the truck better, they apparently did not pdi the truck More
