It took me 8 phone calls to get ahold of the service department. The phone would ring 4 times and disconnect, very unprofessional. I left 2 messages which were not returned. It took 10 phone calls to fi department. The phone would ring 4 times and disconnect, very unprofessional. I left 2 messages which were not returned. It took 10 phone calls to find out if my simple oil,filter and multi point inspection were completed. I did receive a call where they left a message letting me know the service was completed, but this was after my multiple calls where I was disconnected after 4 rings.....very frustrating. I received an email 14 day's after the service telling me, "here's a coupon for the service you declined" Wait, what? I didn't decline any service, one service point supposedly declined was a multi point inspection.....one of the reasons I brought it in. I'm not going to rant, you can check my reviews on Google, I RARELY leave a negative review unless warranted. In this case it is. The actual service techs are good I think, my car was clean, no oily prints, etc. So no slam on them. This is a communication issue. Patriot needs to up their game in that arena. My time is valuable. I will not be using Patriot service department again. More

Ask for "JOSH TRUEBLOOD at Patriot ! !! My daughter and I drove into your Dealership to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was expecting to be immediately jumped on and put into a pressure coo !! Josh Trueblood approached and first asked if I had already talked to or in any way communicated with another salesman ! I like that...a lot !!! To me this shows he has honesty and integrity, He's not going to take away from his fellow salesman. Next Josh Trueblood took us to what I specifically asked for. I like that he didn't try to steer me away to something else. I test drove two Jeeps I liked. Josh had me pull both of them side by side in front of the dealership so I could see and compare. I decided on the one that had tan & black interior with ventilated seats. Although my wife told me "This is your SUV, so get what you want" I knew she wanted the tan & black ventilated/cooled seats. Us guys who've been married for a while know it pays dividends to make Mama happy lol 😝 Everything from start to finish was explained to me thoroughly! I dislike high pressure sales that some dealers & salespeople can be. I promise if you go to Patriot Jeep Dodge Ram and ask for "JOSH TRUEBLOOD" you will have none of that nonsense !!! You'll find a nice, friendly, personable guy who cared about my wellbeing during what can be a stressful experience.... I was lucky, more like blessed to have Josh as the salesman who met my daughter and I when we pulled up ! I will hunt JOSH down on my next vehicle...that goes for my daughter too ! Who incidentally owns a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I drove to Chicago and back to Tulsa last Thanksgiving November of 2023... and again in September of 2024....that was the start of my Jeep journey...I wanted one !!
