The team was incredibly friendly and worked diligently to earn my business, which I truly appreciate. However, I would suggest that they implement a more thorough vehicle inspection process. Unfortunately, the truck I purchased had numerous issues, requiring nearly $10,000 in repairs. Since every vehicle, whether new or used, is a reflection on the dealership’s reputation, I was disappointed that my vehicle didn’t match the high level of service the team provided. With better quality control, they could truly elevate their customer experience and dealership reputation. More

Worst experience ever. I have proof pics and messages. I've owned my car 14 month the service dept has it for 11 of those 14 months. It's been horrible. Patriot auto is horrible and don't care about thier customers. And trust me once you take the car home your screwed. That is if it isn't a stolen car they sell to you. Or can't get the title to.
