Beware of shopping here, if looking at prices online. I found a vehicle I was interested in, online with a price listed, which I thought was a bit high- but possibly workable. I drove to the dealer, fo I found a vehicle I was interested in, online with a price listed, which I thought was a bit high- but possibly workable. I drove to the dealer, found the car, did a walk around and was still interested. Went inside, talked to a salesman, and we looked at the car on his monitor. The price on his monitor was the same as online- which was a positive. He proudly told me that it was the “Patriot price” When I asked what that meant, he said it was their price, if I financed thru them AND had a trade in. Otherwise it was an additional $2000. Typical Bait and Switch I left immediately, but called later in the day, to talk with a sales manager and make sure I was not misunderstanding their “Patriot deal” Was told that “they were all busy working deals” but I could leave my info and one would call me back. I declined. 3 minutes later, I get a call from a “salesman” who called me by name, and said the sales manager wanted him to call me. He sounded quite proud of the “Patriot deal” when I asked for clarification about it, and confirmed the 2k add on for paying $ with no trade. I would advise anyone to this place at all costs More

I wasn’t happy with the process. The system trade value that the dealership used is a misrepresentation. It valued my trade based on a valuation system they used and then my trade va The system trade value that the dealership used is a misrepresentation. It valued my trade based on a valuation system they used and then my trade values came in over $4,000 less than what was valued when I submitted the offer based on their value. I also sent all the photos they asked for too. Also, the new car manager made an inappropriate comment on the bid sheet when negotiating. Overall, if it wasn’t for Talon working hard to negotiate the deal, I probably wouldn’t have purchased it. Also, when the brand new vehicle was delivered to my home, the driver ate food in it on the way and it smelled like onions and he dropped food in between the seats including onions and pickles. In addition, when they filled it with gas, they didn’t run it through the car wash and it was dirty and had bugs all over it. When I reported to the dealership, they never called to apologize nor did they reach out to me. Talon did follow-up several times to ensure all was good with the new purchase. The Finance office was very good to work with too. More
