This is not a dealership that would try to “make it right” if there was a problem but rather a grab your money and run dealer. Stay away. I do like the vehicle but I will not deal with Patrick BMW again. More

I picked up car around 5.30 pm and engine light came back before I leave parking lot. They took car again and bring back by 5.45 pm. I drove less than a mile light came back. I called Fred around 5.50 pm he said all technicians are gone, they leave by 5 pm. I am wondering if they leave by 5 who fixed my car at 5.30? I was selling car and buyer was to pick up car next day morning but I couldn't sell next day as I had to bring car back for repair. I ask Fred to compensate for the trouble and hassle I went thru he said we will talk tomorrow. They fixed car next day but he didn't do anything to compensate, except giving base less excuses. More

Please refrain from visiting this dealership. And moreover stay away from their weird sales manager 😂😂😂 UPDATE: Guys, not sure how these dealers try to edit the reviews, but in my initial post I had given the name of their sales manager Keith Svec (completely mannerless old guy), with whom I worked with. Somehow they deleted his name and kept only the name of the sales person ( I hope he is not with dealership anymore). My humble request to them “please stay honest”. Don’t try to deceive us the way you do while negotiating during the vehicle purchase. If you stay honest, then definitely you will earn business from customers, but if you head in this direction of cheating customers then definitely you will start losing your customer base. More
