Add-on option scam Be aware of add-on scam. They give you one price for the car and later add about $1500 if you decide to purchase it. I purchased a car from this deale Be aware of add-on scam. They give you one price for the car and later add about $1500 if you decide to purchase it. I purchased a car from this dealership. They lied about pricing all the way through the end. I did not check the numbers because I trusted them to honor the price we agreed on. But they added additional $1200 for add-on without disclosing it and provide the details. I talked to the salesman and sales manager but they basically called me a liar and said I own the car. They scam everyone for the add-ons and they don't disclose it till the very last moment. Legally, they must list the add-ons separately on the contract, instead they add it to the price of the car. Be Aware if this scam. More

I wanted to see about trading my 2019 camry se. l still owed 23000 and they could only give me 16000 for it and the 2020 camry I stepped in for him. Worth the drive from OK We had plans to see a new RAV4 in Grapevine and Plano. We knew what we wanted and what we would pay. We had actually agreed on price with Grapevine. We were going to stop in Plano looking for comparison. We stopped here b/c it was not too far off track--just to see the inventory. We met George who was very professional and by no means 'pushy.' He was able to get us an excellent deal. A MUCH better deal than we had agreed on with Grapevine. Why look elsewhere? George took the time to show me all the ins and outs of my car. He set up my Apple Car Play, the height adjustment for the back hatch and the lane-departure sensitivity, etc. He was super patient as it was a lot of information to take in. He made the car buying experience very easy and pleasant. The dealership was very clean and George was very good to sanitize pens and anything that I used before I touched it. McKinney, TX was not our intended destination for buying our new RAV4. But it was such a positive experience that serious buyers won't need look further. More
