I was looking for a low-mileage, late-model, used car in great condition for under $15,000 as a gift to my granddaughter upon her high school graduation. Mr. O'Grady's demonstrated supreme patience while I took a week test driving and examining three or four 2018 and 2019 Toyota Corollas. He was always courteous and professional in accommodating my requests and answering my numerous questions. I had a maximum price, and the first car we negotiated on, a 2019 with under 20,000 miles was well over my limit. The second vehicle. a 2018 with under 30,000 miles, came in at six or seven hundred dollars over my limit. So, it appeared I was going to have to start looking at older models or try another type of vehicle. But, Mr. O'Grady and Toyota of McKinney came through and sold me the vehicle right at my limit. My granddaughter and I are both thrilled with the car, and I could not have had a more positive purchasing experience. More
