I had a blown out tire on my tundra with the special TSS package wheels on it. The wheel got messed up when the tire blew out. Joel at Patt Lobb’s Toyota was able to get me a new wheel and tire in record ti package wheels on it. The wheel got messed up when the tire blew out. He simply asked how we would like to communicate and that email stuck in my husbands mind when we finally decided to go and really look at a new vehicle. Braden we very professional from the get go and really wanted to make sure we were happy and got something that we were going to love. Picking a vehicle was the easy part, then comes the negotiation, Braden turned what can be a super stressful situation into what we actually considered some what fun. We knew what we wanted and he hung in there until we were happy and kept us laughing through it all!
