We were lucky enough to set up an appointment with Alexander “Buck” Hardee. Boy, did we hit the jackpot! CLASS ACT!! He spent as much time with us as we needed to make sure we were confident in our purchase. It didn’t hurt that he also had a variety of snacks/drinks/ & chocolate he offered us throughout our visit that kept our energy up :) After we purchased and the car was detailed, he even offered to go outside in the cold and hand clean a couple of smudges ( I- being a crazy girl!- had found). The next day I had to go back to the dealership to drop off a couple of items and he walked me out to my car in the pouring down rain with an umbrella. We loved everything about our experience and I know it is because of the quality of customer service we received during our time with Buck. We will definitely be coming back to Buck for our next vehicle! Go see him, you won’t regret it!
