I spoke to Bob Winograd who quickly put together a great deal. We picked up the car the same day and were greeted by Franco in sales. My buddy signed the papers in finance with Jase and couldn't believe how easy it all was! Thank you!! More

The sales manager Luis Gonzalez is a rude, nasty person. When my salesman showed him an ad from Prestige Toyota in Ramsey with a much lower price, Gonzalez came over to us and said it’s a stock car (an ugly color no one wants) and then proceeded to throw the ad on the desk and told me to go to that dealership. He got up and walked away. One of my kids that was with me said to me “what an xxxxxx.” Even the salesman was embarrassed. Someone as nasty as this should not be working in a business where you deal with customers. FYI-I called Prestige Toyota and they told me they have 3 cars available at the advertised price, each in a different color. More
My Great Experience with All the Staff at Parkway Toyota This is my 4th Corolla from Parkway Toyota and my second car from John Decepida. I got my new 2020 Corolla SE last Saturday. I remembered that John was the salesperson of my previous car, so I went to him again. John provided me, again, excellent service and satisfied deals. In addition, all their staff are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. It was great experience and I got a great car! I will definitely recommend Parkway Toyota. More

Salesman misrepresented warranty multiple times and I was not informed of the correct warranty until after the sale was made. Upon picking up the car, I discovered someone's lunch wrappers in the glove compartment, which immediately raised doubts about the quality of the certification work. Eight months later I took the car to the service center for first 5,000 mile check up and was told everything was fine. Two months later I took it back to the service center to address a recall notice that arose shortly after my purchase. After two and a half hours of waiting and upon fixing the recall matter free of charge, I was told that the brake rotors had "severe rust" (per mechanics report) and needed to be replaced along with the break pads (unsafe condition). Needing to have use of a safe car, I agreed to have work done on the spot. The employee with whom I was dealing was very nice and reduced the very high charges by 10% with out me even asking. However, when I pointed out to the manager that I bought the car certified just ten months before and suggested that my common sense told me a "severe rust" couldn't happen in just ten months after certification and must have existed prior to sale, he would not give me any further relief (although under the circumstances I should not have had to pay anything). Keep in mind that the car was inspected just two months before and had been driven only 5,000 to 6,000 miles since purchase. Bottom line is that the manager would not stand behind his customer and the dealership is either dishonest or the people doing the inspections are not competent. More

He hooked me up with the sweetest 2004 Toyota Landcruiser you've ever seen that they took in on trade-in from a long-time Parkway Toyota customer a few days ago. The car is by far the nicest low mileage Landcruiser I've EVER seen (and I've looked at a lot of them) and it is clear that Parkway does a great job taking care of their customers and servicing their cars with the highest degree of quality and integrity. Here's the backstory: I had bought a nice 2005 Toyota Landcruiser for my son from a private seller in the Spring. Before my son ever got to drive it, we had a tree fall on it during hurricane Michael in October and total it. So I've been looking for an LC for about 2 months. I've literally looked at a hundred of them online across the country. I called around and found that Parkway had just taken one in on trade. I think I may have been Nelson's first call. He sent me 50+ pictures of the car (including all of the places that some other salespeople try to hide so I knew exactly what I was getting) and I paid a deposit within 10 minutes of getting the pics. Then I flew up to NJ from VA this morning. In the 22 hours between when I paid the deposit and arrived at the dealership, Nelson had a Master Toyota technician give it a full once over and they did about $1000 worth of maintenance to make sure the car was in pristine condition for me to drive it home. He gave me a list of the additional items not impacting driveability that the technician recommended I have checked out in the next year or so. They also had it detailed very nicely. And Nelson put in $20 in gas for me to top it off before I hit the road. As I was driving off the lot with a big smile on my face, I saw Nelson working with another couple that was buying a trade-in BMW SUV f that he had just had detailed for them in the back of the shop with mine. So my story is FAR from unique I think. If you've in the market for a high quality used car or a new Toyota from a very reputable dealer, you should definitely go in to Parkway Toyota and see Nelson. You won't be disappointed! Still smiling in Virginia Beach, Dave Shepheard More
Not Enough Stars for Parkway and its Staff I bought a 2015 Toyota Sienna from Parkway four years ago next month. I drove my new 2019 Toyota Sienna home from Parkway today. Great vehicle and g I bought a 2015 Toyota Sienna from Parkway four years ago next month. I drove my new 2019 Toyota Sienna home from Parkway today. Great vehicle and great dealership! The sales staff at Parkway are outstanding. Each time I worked with Bob Winograd (Sales Manager), Mark Gaviola (Finance Manager) and this time with Clinton Ricketts (Sales Representative) and Vinny Controneo (Accessory and Delivery Coordinator) - all consummate professionals who went far beyond the call of duty throughout the sales and delivery process. The Service Department and its staff are also outstanding. All of the service on my first vehicle was performed by Parkway's Service Department and all of service on the second vehicle will performed by the same. Each of the Department's staff to assist over the years has done so with knowledge, professionalism and distinction. So impressive is the department comparison, that my wife and I have now moved service on her RAV 4 from another dealership to Parkway. Special thanks in the Service Department to Advisors Paul Dupree, David Fernicola and David Ermilio (miss this guy!) Not enough stars for Parkway and its staff! More

Used to have a mechanic there that I trusted. He left. This dealership will look to REALLY rip you off! Unless something is on warranty - stay far, far away. Problem with my car was ignored twice each visit I purchased a new car in Parkway Toyota and I never knew I had to make several visits to the Service center to get it repaired. Issue was with Tire pr I purchased a new car in Parkway Toyota and I never knew I had to make several visits to the Service center to get it repaired. Issue was with Tire pressure sensor and on first visit, they kept me waiting for 2 hours with no follow up about what is being done. So I went up to the service desk and found out that my car was parked but nothing was done and the service consultant told me to come back next day and drop off the car. So I called to make an appointment to drop off my car with option to get a loaner so I don't have to waste time waiting but once again no follow up and no calls for several days after I dropped off my car. I called and was told the car was completed so I came and again I had to wait for an hour to get my car from the lot. Drove back home with a service receipt and there I noticed the contact information was incorrect. Following Next day, the sensor light comes back on so I called to make 1 more visit to the service cent and hopefully this would be my last visit for this tire sensor issue. More
