New location, but same experience as before. Over the years, and because I live so close to their store, 2 of my sister in law, my best friend, another best friend all went in to buy NEW top of the line years, and because I live so close to their store, 2 of my sister in law, my best friend, another best friend all went in to buy NEW top of the line vehicles like highlanders. Each and everytime, they left PARKWAY Toyota with the feeling and truth, if they took the deal given to them, they would have overpaid. And these are without trades. So new location. And its my turn. I see the new camry trd, I am interested in the car. So i submit only. Have a 14 mdx as trade. In their email it reads -your trade in value is 17k-19k. Ok, not concerned about that. I schedule an appoint with my point of contact, I arrive on time and despite having an appointment, I had to wait 15 mins for my point of contact and then another 15 for a sales person. That was the first red flag. The second red flag was when the sales person assigned to me didn’t even know what the camry trd is, and was sitting in front of silent on his phone for mins on Toyota web site. Some kind of training you got their PARKWAY TOYOTA. He then tells me it’s not available, as a last ditch effort and to do his work for him.. let’s say I take that v6 XSE behind you on the showroom floor. What does it have that is different.? He has absolutely no clue and he says it is a four cycyclinder, I say are you sure, I am sure it is a six cuz I read the window sticker. Again, absolutely clueless salespeople who do not know any of their products. So I say, go ahead and look at my truck, he comes back and says my used car person will give you 13k. I then pull up kbb and put it on the table, not asking private sale and I think we are just wasting time here. He then tells me to wait, goes and comes back and says top is we can do is 15. Why Did you try to rip me off 2k right from the start. This is why I dislike this dealership. This is 2020, they probably can rip some people off and probably do but people these days have a lot more information about everything and when you try to do them wrong, they know about it. I have no idea who the leadership is or if it is a family run business but these tactics including mine is one the many times I have encountered this at this dealership. I also do not understand why they need to sit you on open tables so the customer next to you can hear your conversations, again this is poor practice and is basically useless unless your dealership is packed. It was not. You had two customers in there a pack of joking salespeople on a Friday night. what about all those desks and chairs for on the perimeter of your floorplan (outside of your construction area). If you are shopping for a Toyota and especially if have a trade, I would avoid parkway unless you know exactly what your payments, interest, car bought price and all fee are before even sitting down with these guys. More

If they don't budge lower the price of the car. I'm writing this review due to the LACK of good faith and professionalism of Parkway Toyota's management and Salesman John Decepida. Turns out that my 76 year old mother went to the dealership as an inexperienced car buyer looking to trade in her 2008 Honda Accord with 85,500 miles and wanted to buy a 2020 Corolla. They gave her an above average selling price of $24,000 on a 2019 Corolla after hours of non-sense and tried glomming her trade in for free with a fake $2,000 trade in value absorbed by the mark-up on a left over 2019. 2020 Toyota Corolla SE CVT **(SIDE NOTE), Hudson Toyota provided the BEST service and deal out of four dealerships. MSRP Breakdown Base MSRP $22,050 Factory Installed Options $0 Freight Delivery Charge $955 Total MSRP $23,005 Guaranteed Savings Certified Dealer MSRP Discount -$1,633 2020 Toyota Corolla Factory Cash Back EXPIRES: 2019-09-30 -$750 Total Guaranteed Savings -$2,383 Subtotal before Dealer Fees & Accessories $20,622 Dealer Fees & Accessories Document Fee $75 Total Dealer Fees & Accessories $75 Your TruePrice $20,697 Parkway Toyota never answer my questions directly, just stone walled when asked what the dealer paid for the car from the manufacture and utilized distracted conversation that don't make sense(Actually said we can't share that with you). Their numbers never made sense in riddles and were in-correctly added up on paper with chicken scratch and they refuse to provide an itemize bill of sale, and they expect you to come in person to wait around for five hours with their non-sense. If you're looking for a good bottom-line deal that makes sense DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I then got fed up with Manager Chris and John and called back one day later not disclosing the trade in and got a better price with another sales lady Brianna and she told me twice verbally and emailed me the "out of the door sales price" is $21,909 without even mentioning a trade in. Then once John got wind that Brianna was dealing with me from the day before, John called me back saying I could not work with Brianna and the $21,909 was not honored as the out the door price. These guys deserve the reputation of a shady car dealership. There reviews are looked at closely by upper management and help them get higher bonuses from headquarters and effect their qualifications for everyone that works there. I was even told I could not write this review unless I bought a car there which is 100% more of the reason why I am writing this thanks to Chris the Manager of used cars and thank you for slamming the phone and hanging up on me Chris.... If you want a good dealership that is decent and friendly don't go to Toyota Parkway, because if you're not savvy, they will rob you blind. PARKWAY TOYOTA IS A JOKE they try extracting as much money from you as possible and steeling from retired elderly women on a budget which deserves to be flagged for misleading and bad business practices. Back to Hudson Toyota which far exceeded all levels of service by any Toyota dealership. We received an out the door price of $22,200 on a brand new 2020 Corolla SE, then I introduced the trade of the 2008 Honda Accord V6 with $85,500 miles and received $3,800 with a final out the door price of $18,400. Thank you Hudson Toyota and NEVER SHOP AT PARKWAY TOYOTA as they are the worst. Next time don't mess with someone's mother Parkway Toyota! More
technicians seem to always forget something . They service folks are professionals and do want to take care of you. But lately the visits I had to double check the work done as the technicians sometimes forget the smaller details. For example fixing a sliding door the technical forgets to replace the end caps and leaves it on top of the roof. So when the work is done the end cap will fly off. Requires a second unwarranted trip as they reorder a part that should have been done. Technicians sometimes forget the little things.... when they check air tire on the car as part of the free multi point service - they need to put the valve covers back on tight.... there supposed to provide a car wash for each service but many times they don’t (forgot). The little things do make a difference. So as a customer you just have to double check... More
Excellent experience I have purchased in the past 3 vehicles from Parkway Toyota. On July 31, 2019 I test drove 2 different models of the RAV-4. Our sales consultant was K I have purchased in the past 3 vehicles from Parkway Toyota. On July 31, 2019 I test drove 2 different models of the RAV-4. Our sales consultant was Kevin Lee.. After the test drive we sat with Kevin who explained in detail all of the features and the difference between a regular RAV-4 and the Hybrid model. After considering both, I decided on the Hybrid version. I wanted it in red so Kevin and Parkway Toyota was able to accommodate me. On July 12, 2019 I purchased a Toyota RAV-4 Hybrid Limited and traded in my Honda CRV. Dealing with Kevin in sales, finance department, management and service, I had a great experience. I have been to other dealerships in the past for service and sales, but nobody compares to Parkway Toyota. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you. More
