My experience with Bob Winograd was outstanding. Bob is ready, willing and able to help a customer; not as a stranger but a friend. We didn't plan to lease Toyota, just came to hear so we can compare to Pilot but we left the dealership with a new Highlander... so he did very well! What we didn't like is that at the beginning, Jeff, the Manager, agreed to pay part of the over mileage that we have on our Honda, and then took back his promise, after we signed the paperwork and paid the deposit... He explained that he reduced the price on the monthly lease but still he had to keep his promise! More
