When I finally made the decision to lease, Cathy Telep walked me through the process step by step and made sure I knew about the extra fees and taxes. When we were ready, there was no doubt in my mind that an hour on the bus from Manhattan to Englewood Cliffs was worth the inconvenience to work with people I’d come to trust. Once there, we had the same positive experience with the sales agent, Danny Cigerciglu, who gave us his personal cell number after we made the deal, and Jase Kim, the financial services manager, who made every financial option completely clear and easy to evaluate. All in NYC/LI and Parkway in NJ because it had great reviews on Dealer Rater. I can see why they are rated so highly. I first contacted Jeffrey Miller and explained what I was looking for in a vehicle and he was the only dealer who didn't make me feel pressured into coming into the dealership. So from the beginning I was at ease with the process. I worked with Cathy Telep to select the make and model as well as options and she worked within my budget to get the car I wanted at a great price! Any questions I had were answered very promptly. She was also able to get the car I wanted within 72 hours where all the other dealers said 2 weeks. Today, I came into the dealership to pick up my new Toyota Sienna and both Andy Kim and Cathy Telep greeted us at the door. The car was already pulled out and ready to go! Andy went over every single detail of the purchase as well as went over all the cool gadgets in the car. He even went out of his way to contact my credit union of my previous lease to make sure there were no surprise costs when I returned the vehicle. Everyone I worked with the moment I came in until I left with my car were professionals of the highest degree. Bob Winograd was a phenomenal salesman. The level of experience truly shows when working with him. John Decepida was also excellent. His patience to work with those who do not know what the car buying process consists of stems from his vast experience in the car salesman business. Lastly, there was Clinton Ricketts. I did not really deal with him much but he was the first person I spoke to when I was getting ready to pick up my Camry. His Friendliness and Customer Service was great enough that I had to include him even if I was only with him for 15 minutes.
