I didn't take up much of anyone's time there. I bought a car off the lot. My credit is good, and I negotiated minimally. The car interior wasn't as clean as I expected when I drove off in it. He was unavailable when I got there, so another person reluctantly went through the motions setting up the gps. He didn't explain what he did and cut me off when I tried asking questions. I was not given any "personal" service while at the dealership either two times I was there, but I am pleased with my new car. More

I would recommend you stay away from the dealership and I would recommend you stay away from the dealership and would give negative stars if I could. I shipped the car to a different state and the dealer did not include a second set of keys and did not include temporary tags (obligated by law). I send several emails and left voicemails for Andrew and Chris - no response. I can't use the car since there are no tags. I can't take my kids to doctors' appointments because of their lack of professionalism. More

Took our 2009 Silverado in because of recall on airbags. At the time there was one small crack in the plastic dashboard but when we picked up the truck the dash was broken in at least 3 places. Everything was as expected. They didn't budge on the price of the truck I was purchasing. I went to Parkway Chevrolet Service Dept 4/5/21 to have a 2020 Camaro Convertible checked out because the A/|C was not working. Mind you I bought the car somewhere else, used 12,000 miles. I met C B Bogan, Service Advisor, who was so helpful, willing to listen, looked at my car. To his surprise and mine he found the problem immediately. He looked at me and said "this car has been wrecked"!! I can't even tell you what I said. I called the dealership I bought the car from and told them what I had discovered. Long story short, C B Bogan held it together as a professional and helped me deal with this unfortunate incident! THANK YOU CB, you are the best. When I get ready to look for another Camaro, you can bet it will be at PARKWAY CHEVROLET. More
