I explained that I had an appointment, and he directed me to a smaller establishment "also owned by us" which does the services scheduled online. The check-in process did not work. I was beginning to think that I had been a victim of some kind of scam, but they eventually found my appointment. I was promised a call when the truck was ready again. No call came. I went back some hours later and my truck was outside and finished. No complaint about the service my truck had, but the process is misleading and information nonexistent. Time to find another Chevy dealer while my truck is in warranty. Also, when paying in excess of $100 for an oil change and 15,000 mile service, putting the truck through the car wash would have been nice. More
