All the people we dealt with at the dealership were very nice, they were straight forward with the deal with only a little bit of haggeling on prices. When we could not get the vehicle right away they gave nice, they were straight forward with the deal with only a little bit of haggeling on prices. When we could not get the vehicle right away they gave us a brand new loaner to drive while we waited for our vehicle. After dealing with the horrible people at Beaverton Honda, Wilsonville Honda was appreciated for their service. More

The dealership (Parker-Johnstone Honda of Wilsonville, Oregon) was not helpful and tried to sucker me into spending more than $100 for unnecessary service to retrieve a radio activation code. The service Oregon) was not helpful and tried to sucker me into spending more than $100 for unnecessary service to retrieve a radio activation code. The service coordinator tried several codes without success and then told me that they would have to pull the radio to retrieve the serial number so they could look up the code. The cost to pull the radio was estimated to be more than $100. With no experience and using only some (unfortunately misleading) guidance available at a web site, I was able to pull the radio, read the serial number, and reinstall the radio in less than 15 minutes. Surely, an experienced technician would have accomplished this task in 5 minutes or less. The service fee of $100 borders on criminal. Even worse, I learned when I called Honda of America that there is no reason to pull the radio to retrieve the serial number. In fact, the serial number printed on the radio is missing a digit, so pulling the radio was a useless exercise. The helpful person at Honda corporate told me how to retrieve the correct serial number and waited on hold while I got the number. Then, she gave me the correct code to reactivate the radio, so I had an immediate fix. Why does the service coordinator at Parker Johnstone not know the procedure (simply a sequence of pushing buttons on the radio faceplate) to retrieve the serial number or have a reference that can tell her how to retrieve the number? Was this ignorance or is this a ploy on the part of this dealership to nickel and dime customers by trying to trick them into paying for unnecessary service? More
From start to finish, Kimberlee was honest, friendly, helpful, communicative and efficient. She could not have done a better job and made my experience truly pleasureable. She patiently and consistently helpful, communicative and efficient. She could not have done a better job and made my experience truly pleasureable. She patiently and consistently went above and beyond to address my concerns with this out of state purchase. What could have been a difficult transaction turned out very smoothly mainly due to Kimberlee's competence and attention to detail, and she did it all while maintaining a MUCH appreciated sense of humor and upbeat attitude. Kimberlee was probably THE best car sales person I have ever dealt with, my deepest thanks goes out to her for getting me into my dream car! More
Terrible experience at Wilsonville Honda! After five hours of mind games by the salesman that kept going back and forth to his “boss” acting as if he was negotiating we realized that he was doing the ol hours of mind games by the salesman that kept going back and forth to his “boss” acting as if he was negotiating we realized that he was doing the old sales tactics of wearing us out. My brother and I left and went to another dealership, where we bought our new car. Don’t waste your time at Wilsonville Honda! More
These people are sharks. Car dealers have a bad reputation but these guys are something else. Don't buy anything other than the car, and even in that case you will want to be very careful. They are reputation but these guys are something else. Don't buy anything other than the car, and even in that case you will want to be very careful. They are all about getting your money. If you can get a fair deal on a car and run they might be alright. Personally, I will never go there again. More
I spent four days, picketing in front of the Wilsonville Honda dealership, last week. My sign said: "Beware of Extended Warranties at Wilsonville Honda. " Many drivers going by, stopped to tell me their Honda dealership, last week. My sign said: "Beware of Extended Warranties at Wilsonville Honda. " Many drivers going by, stopped to tell me their personal horror story at this dealership and thanked me for being there sharing my view with the drivers going by. Standing in front of their dealership and facing Hwy 5, hundreds of cars if not thousands went by, honking and giving me their thumbs up. To the ones that stopped by me, and wanted to know what happened I warned them about going into this Honda dealership and believing what they say. I am very happy with my new Honda car, but consumers need to be aware, that at this dealership their word means nothing unless they write down what they say. I paid over a thousand dollars for an extended warranty that covers five years and one year later, July 27th when I took my car in, they told me that my warranty was only good for bird droppings and UV damage to the paint. Of course I was upset about it, and he morning manager said that in two weeks I would receive a full refund. I made my second mistake when I believed him. I should have told him to write it down and sign it. The Honda owner, Mr. Johnstone is saying that it never happened because I don't have the name of the manager that told me they would be refunding me the money. I will be picketing again starting tomorrow morning September 11th and will continue until they refund the money they owe me. By the way, in Mr. Johnstone's email he stated that I have an agressive nature, I guess that if I was a man fighting for my rights he would have called me assertive. Veronica More
This dealership is not a very friendly service department for your Honda repair. You need to know what you really want to repair before you go in, otherwise you may end up spending unnecessary repairs. I h for your Honda repair.
