Recently purchased a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid. This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. I was in and out in 3 hours with my new car. I greatly appreciated that the time I spent at the dealership was not long and boring, but instead was treated with good customer service during the waiting and paperwork phase. I especially appreciated knowing the price I was paying and different financing options long before I even filled out a form or gave them any personal information. Since then, I have called the service department for emergency help when I locked all my keys in the car. Their service and parts department saved the day in less than an hour and free of charge! It just doens't get much better than this. In summary, I can say that I felt like an honored potential customer and was treated with great respect and honesty. More

Our new Pilot had a defective CD player. They ordered a new one, but the wrong one. This involved another visist, at 30 miles. The CD's that were stuck were going to be mailed to us. On Aug. 3, Stephanie said she would have them at the front counter with a note for us to pick up them up on Saturday. She didn't follow through. We waited for 45 minutes while they looked for them, making us late for an appointment. They said they would be mailed. The receptionist assured me she had mailed them on Aug. 10. When I called today, since we haven't received them, they are still there. Steve Goodsell was a great salesman, but he is no longer there. More
