Jennette, Jose, Kristina, Jamie and Bri are very friendly and are very up front about what needs to be done if I ever have any problems. I live about 50 miles away from the service department and drive by about 3 to 4 other Honda dealerships on my way to them because of the experience and trust that I have with them. More

I LOVE WILSONVILLE HONDA!!!!! I have worked for years with the service department (Jeannette, Jose & Christina). Bought 2 new Honda's just to have them service our cars, left Mercedes and Broadway Toyota with the service department (Jeannette, Jose & Christina). Bought 2 new Honda's just to have them service our cars, left Mercedes and Broadway Toyota (was treated like 2nd class citizen). My husband has a Acura but the service department at Ron Tonkin is way over priced and can never rival the guys at Wilsonville Honda. I also refer everyone I know who has a Honda to them, it's worth the drive every time...... I wish all service departments could take a lesson in customer service from these guys! They are my friends and family, I will never own any other car's besides Honda because of them. More
