I LOVE WILSONVILLE HONDA!!!!! I have worked for years with the service department (Jeannette, Jose & Christina). Bought 2 new Honda's just to have them service our cars, left Mercedes and Broadway Toyota with the service department (Jeannette, Jose & Christina). Bought 2 new Honda's just to have them service our cars, left Mercedes and Broadway Toyota (was treated like 2nd class citizen). My husband has a Acura but the service department at Ron Tonkin is way over priced and can never rival the guys at Wilsonville Honda. I also refer everyone I know who has a Honda to them, it's worth the drive every time...... I wish all service departments could take a lesson in customer service from these guys! They are my friends and family, I will never own any other car's besides Honda because of them. More

My husband brought me into Wilsonville Honda to show me an Odyssey and we left with both an Odyssey and an Accord! :) We purchased a service membership cards and my husband and I are regulars at the ser an Odyssey and we left with both an Odyssey and an Accord! :) We purchased a service membership cards and my husband and I are regulars at the service desk for oil changes, tire rotations, warranty repairs and the people at the service desk are the salt of the earth! We don't get that level of customer service anywhere else. If you need a car, an oil change or just good conversation you can't do better than Wilsonville Honda. More
I would give the staff at this dealership a "10", if the survey allowed – a five just isn't high enough. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly, informative, willing to ease my way, and above all, "10", if the survey allowed – a five just isn't high enough. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly, informative, willing to ease my way, and above all, has always had my interest in mind. It's really a breathe of fresh air to experience such wonderful customer service, especially in the car industry. Everyone has been wonderful, most notably, Jose, Jennette and Kristina - WOW, what a team! These folks are the face of Parker Johnstone, and the company is very fortunate to have them. Sending much gratitude to all of you... Thank you, - Melissa Henderson More
best service department around. I should know, I drive about 5000 miles a month for work and have to get my car serviced all the time. I have been to many other dealers in the Portland metro area and none about 5000 miles a month for work and have to get my car serviced all the time. I have been to many other dealers in the Portland metro area and none of them compare to the staff at Parker Johnstone's. The price and service is by far the best period. Jennette, Jose, Kristina, Jamie and Bri are very friendly and are very up front about what needs to be done if I ever have any problems. I live about 50 miles away from the service department and drive by about 3 to 4 other Honda dealerships on my way to them because of the experience and trust that I have with them. More
I bought a 2011 Honda Civic LX (my first new car purchase) in Wilsonville. The Wilsonville Honda dealership doesn't have commission for its salespeople, so they get paid whether you buy a car or not purchase) in Wilsonville. The Wilsonville Honda dealership doesn't have commission for its salespeople, so they get paid whether you buy a car or not. It seemed like a strange idea at first, but when they show you the lowest price they can give you, it's basically the true market value on Edmunds or KBB. Ashley was very approachable and straightforward about what she could do for me. They may not bargain when it comes to sticker price, but where you see a noticeable difference (apart from other dealers) is what they'll give you for your trade-in. I went to Beaverton & Ron Tonkin Honda before going back to Wilsonville again. Both of those dealers wanted to give me $1500 less for my trade-in and wanted me to pay about $1400 more for the car itself. I didn't get that kind of back and forth hassle at Wilsonville. Both Ashley and Corri (the financial officer I worked with) were straightforward and helpful in answering all of my questions. If you are planning to buy a Honda, I would recommend swinging by Wilsonville first. Get a price on the car you're interested in, a general number for your trade-in and then visit the other Hondas. If your experience was anything like mine, you'll be back in no time. More
About a month ago, I arranged with Mr. Stedman to purchase a new CRV from these folks and was signing the papers when he asked me if I wanted to spend $30 for an extended warranty. Being old (74), a purchase a new CRV from these folks and was signing the papers when he asked me if I wanted to spend $30 for an extended warranty. Being old (74), and having never bought an extended warranty before I thought $30 must be a bargain! This was really stupid I realize but little did I know he meant every month for 60 months, How dumb can an old guy be?? Anyway as I went thru the numbers I saw an item for a nice round $2000 and inquired as to what it was for. "The extended warranty" he says.. Mind you, he had told me not one word about the benefits, pricing, etc. He did toss me a brochure that explained nothing, nor did he offer a copy of the policy. Other words, no attempt to "sell" it as one might expect on an item of $2000. I was left with no other conclusion than he had tried to slip it under the radar got up and left, never to darken their door again. I have to believe that the owner, Mr. Johnstone must encourage this type of behavior or Mr. Stedman would not be employed there... I called American Honda some time ago, re this issue and they were very conciliatory but explained all they could do is talk to Johnstone. So far, I have heard nothing else from Honda or Johnstone about what in my opinion is a culture of corruption. Meantime, I went down the road and bought a Mercedes. I will miss Honda's great cars, and we'll see if Mercedes is as good. More
After research and test drives of various cars, we decided to buy a new 2010 Honda Civic. We would have bought from our local dealership (Hillsboro Honda) but they had only one 2010 remaining so clos decided to buy a new 2010 Honda Civic. We would have bought from our local dealership (Hillsboro Honda) but they had only one 2010 remaining so close to years end (Dec. 21). Despite a great price quote we just didn't want that color car. After a terrible experience at Beaverton Honda. My husband decided to get internet price quotes from many dealerships in the area and then call then to verify the details and availability. Wilsonville Honda was prompt to respond with a no hassle, guaranteed price. We were satisfied with their price so my husband confirmed over the phone the total out of pocket cost. We went in the next morning but the car we liked had been sold the night before. They went the extra mile and were able to get the color we wanted transferred from another dealership. It arrived in time for us to drive it home after signing. They did offer the extended warranty during signing to us but we said no. We are glad we chose Wilsonville Honda and are quite happy with our sales experience. More

I took my commuter car in this afternoon to have the oil changed. Having recently leased a car and taken it in for service at Wilsonville Honda on two separate occasions, I was expecting a similar experien changed. Having recently leased a car and taken it in for service at Wilsonville Honda on two separate occasions, I was expecting a similar experience today. To my surprise, I was treated quite indifferently by the service representative when I dropped my vehicle off. After approaching the service desk, with no other customers present, I had to wait while two employees finished their conversation after which I was greeted with a blank stare. I stated the reason for my visit and handed my keys to the employee. She left and came back in to enter information into the computer. She did this for several minutes, saying nothing to me while she did so. In the middle of this, this employee was approached by one of the mechanics (I'm presuming) who stated that the "transmission fluid was black, like it's never been serviced before." I had no idea they were discussing my car until the customer service agent looked at me and sighed before saying, "well, it looks like your transmission and brake fluids need to be changed as well as your coolant" at which point she handed me a card with droplets of the various fluids on it. "See?" she stated. Instead of the price of an oil change, I was suddenly looking at >$250 in work. When I declined for today, the employee sighed and stated that it'd "just be the price of the oil change then." I'm not saying I'm a mechanic, but the attitude I received when I didn't leap at paying for the extra work wasn't something I was expecting, especially in light of prior visits. Happily, my car was ready on time, as promised. It wasn't, however, washed or vacuumed despite the fact that I was told when leasing my car from them that cars brought in to Wilsonville Honda for service of any kind always were washed and vacuumed. I live 20 miles from the dealership and certainly won't bring this car back here for service. I'm not sure I'll bring my other car back either. If I wanted this sort of treatment, I have a Honda dealership 5 minutes from my house. Very disappointed. More
