Jeanette always provides me top notch service. She has helped me with my Honda service needs for 5 years. I could not imagine going anywhere else for my servicing needs. When I purchased the car, I lived a mile away from the dealer, about 4 years ago I moved 25 miles away, and next month I'll be moving another 30 miles away from Wilsonville Honda (total of 55 miles from dealer), but that will not stop me from taking time out of my day to go to Wilsonville Honda for ALL of my servicing needs. In addition to the AWESOME service I receive from Jeanette, I also appreciate her level of knowledge and the way she explains things to me (someone who doesn't understand car stuff). I know I can always trust her recommendations and suggestions for service. And to top it all off, Jeanette always has a wonderful attitude and a smile on her face. She is always so personable and friendly... and not just with me, but with ALL of her customers. I've never been less than satisfied with the quality of work the service techs provide, and I feel I get a good value for my money with them. Because I do live a ways away from the dealer, I really enjoy the waiting area, they have complementary hot and cold beverages, a TV, work desks, and a computer with internet access. This is a major plus for me! I have referred many of my friends, family, and co-workers to Wilsonville Honda for both Sales and Service... and I will continue to refer to Wilsonville Honda. I would also like to mention Jose and Christina, as they too always provide outstanding service. Their prices were quite lower than the blue book. I was also given the vehicle files to peruse, including a full Car Fax report, all without having to ask - all info was offered to me. Everything was transparent and up front. Melanie was OUTSTANDING and I highly recommend her - very low key and fun. Excellent customer service.
