I came to this Honda dealership as soon as I bought my Honda and I was greeted with nothing but great customer service, precision in their work and reasonable prices. The service department always greets you with a smile which I have found through previous dealerships is hardly ever the case. Most service workers give attitude because they are not related to the "customer service" area of a dealership. This is not my experience with the Wilsonville Honda at all. I always get help from Brianna who continually makes my experience enjoyable and is always willing to work with me and explain my options. I always get my Honda back in better condition then it was given, inside and out, and that really is just a perk. The prices here offer competitive rates that challenge anyone close to their level of service. I feel like this dealership is the best in the northwest! More

I've been a customer of Parker Johnston's since 08 and have had nothing but wonderful service. The staff have made it a delight to come in and get my car serviced. Jose and Jeanette are wonderful assets to Parker Johnston and both of them couldn't take better care of me when I'm there. My Car is always washed and even VACUUMED and often even done before the scheduled time. I don't plan on buying a new car soon but when I do I'll be coming back to Parker Johnston's for thier continued one of a kind service and staff! More

Wilsonville Honda was recommended to us by a friend who used to race with the owner (Parker Johnstone) so we gave them a try. In three years we have purchased two cars from Wilsonville Honda (Honda Odyssey and a Honda Accord) and we couldn't be happier. No pressure, no push and willing to go out of their way to assist. But this review isn't about sales, it's about their service center. Growing up my wife and I always heard negative things about on-site service centers at car dealerships. Not only that, but we had a negative experience at another dealership so we were wary of using Wilsonville Honda's service center. After working with the incredibly friendly Jennette and Kristina on our first visit, we knew this experience was going to be different. In four years we haven't had to take our vehicles anywhere else. Each year they add friendlier people to their staff like Jose, Brie and Rob that not only recognize you but go out of their way to take care of you. Seriously, I know this sounds ridiculous, but it is entirely true. The next time we purchase a car, I will assure you that Wilsonville Honda will be the number one destination on our list based on our experience with service alone. We have never had service anywhere like we get from Parker Johnstone. They Jeanette, Christina, and Jose always explain exactly what will be done, how long it will take, and what it will cost. If anything unexpected turns up, one of them ALWAYS calls us to make sure we understand what will be different about what they quoted us even if it is just that it might take about 15 minutes longer that they originally expected. It's nice to go to a business that remembers your name and welcomes you like family. We recommend them to all of our friends and family. Whenever we have family travel from out of town, they usually ask us to call Jeanette or Christina to make an appointment for their cars to have some random service done because they like the friendly atmosphere and the way they are treated. We had such a great experience when we purchased our Odyssey from Parker Johnstone, we convinced some other family members who were looking at a Pilot to go there as well, and they were just as satisfied with their experience.
