Just after a recent oil change our car started hesitating and running funny. When we returned to the dealership they found a loose hose clamp, tightened it, apologized and charged us nothing. They could ha and running funny. When we returned to the dealership they found a loose hose clamp, tightened it, apologized and charged us nothing. They could have told us they'd found something awful and charged us $100's to fix it and we'd never of known the difference ... instead they were honest - imagine that!! I'm telling everyone I know ;-) More

I've been a customer of Wilsonville Honda for servicing my Accord for the past 5 years. The service staff are always friendly, the technicians do great work, and whatever service is required is explained my Accord for the past 5 years. The service staff are always friendly, the technicians do great work, and whatever service is required is explained in terms that I can understand. The building is always clean, the waiting room has a variety of reading material, and the serve is performed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Wilsonville Honda. More

I found a used CRV I wanted to buy. Merry was very nice & tried to be helpful. However, they offered 12,200+ for my 2007 mustang, not even close to blue book. Then, I wanted to pay to have a prepurchase & tried to be helpful. However, they offered 12,200+ for my 2007 mustang, not even close to blue book. Then, I wanted to pay to have a prepurchase inspection on the CRV by a different Honda service department. The manager refused. He told me I could buy the car & if I didn't like it, I could return it within 5 days. I wasn't going to risk having to pay a restocking fee if I bought it & then inspected it and had to return it if It turned out there was a problem. There's something wrong when a car dealer won't allow their cars to be inspected by an independent third party. I called Honda corporate & they saidalthough it isn't recommended, it's the dealers prerogative to deny an independent inspection. I left & went straight to Honda's competitor, Wilsonville Toyota. They offered $14,000 for my mustang & let me take their SUV overnight so I could get a prepurchase inspection from the service department of my choice. There was absolutely no haggling. I bought my SUV from Wilsonville Toyota within an hour of the SUV being inspected. Bottom line, no dealer other than Wilsonville Honda has denied my request to have a used vehicle inspected. I wouldn't buy from them because they lowball on the tradein & they must not be confident in the used cars they sell if they won't allow an inspection. More

I live ab have recommended the dealership and service department time and time again. They are friendly, fast and always bend over backwards for me. I live about 40 miles away and I will never go anywhere else. Best experience we have ever had with a dealership all around. My husband and I agree I will never own anything else besides a Hondaa again and we will always purchase from Parker Johnstone's. We are true loyal customers ONLY because they have earned it!! More
We didn't realize this before entering the dealership, but they apparently advertise themselves as Oregon's "Negotiation free Honda dealer". And that would be great, if it was negotiation free on account but they apparently advertise themselves as Oregon's "Negotiation free Honda dealer". And that would be great, if it was negotiation free on account of they offered good deals up front. But no. They attempted to rip us off. We went in looking for a Honda Fit. We test drove one, and Merry was very nice and friendly. The first weird thing that happened though, was that she told us that the 0.9% APR incentive on the Fit was going to end "tomorrow" on account of the disaster in Japan, when in fact we knew previously, and verified with the dealership we eventually bought from and Honda's website, that the incentive lasted until the end of the month, another 2 weeks from the date we visited the dealership. So, best case, she's ignorant, worst case, she's lying to us AND trying to use Japan as a mechanism of guilt. After the test drive, we sat down and were shown the pricing: MSRP, plus the $750 destination fee, plus accessory costs for carpeted floor mats, a rear bumper appliqué, a plastic tray for the trunk, and "splash guards" (which weren't actually even on the vehicle) totalling around $400. When we suggested we needed a lower price, she went to talk to her finance manager, and returned with a non-counter offer of no discount. We tried again, and she decided she'd go try and ask one more time, and we got the same result. No negotiation on the price whatsoever. And she said that they were giving us a good price, because other dealerships were selling at over MSRP. Pfft. So we left, went to Beaverton Honda, and talked them down to about $25 less than invoice price, plus the rear bumper appliqué and floor mats were included, not considered up-charged accessories. And I noticed that Beaverton accessory prices were about %10 less than they were at Wilsonville. More
Salesman was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process. As always with the buying process, the financial dept. is still in the push, push, push mode to get you t knowledgeable about the whole process. As always with the buying process, the financial dept. is still in the push, push, push mode to get you to buy the extras. When you say no, it's " why not ", and the look of dismay. It seems to bring down the excitement a bit. More
