On Saturday July 16th 2011,I decided to go to Wilsonville Honda. To take a look at the Honda Civics, and to see the price range and what my payments would be like. That night i arrived and Jim Armstrong show Honda. To take a look at the Honda Civics, and to see the price range and what my payments would be like. That night i arrived and Jim Armstrong showed me around and explain the car. Hugo,Jim,and Dane went over the paper work with me and explain my options that night. We could not come to an agreement with my payments they were too high and not where i wanted to be. I said I'll think about it tonight. Hugo, Jim and Dane we will do are hardest and we will give you a call if we hear anything.On Sunday July 17th I recieved a call from Hugo he managed to make my payments where i wanted them to be. In less then 30 mintutes i arrived at Wilsonville Honda and Mary helped me with all the paper work. 2 hours later with the Help of JIM,MARY,DANE AND HUGO i left Wilsonville Honda with a big smile and with a Brand New Car. On Monday July 18th i recived a call from dane and hugo, they manage to lower my interest rate alot. THANK YOU VERY MUCH WILSONVILLE HONDA! More
I've been looking at cars for the last two years and been to several (more than four) different dealerships looking/ driving/ pricing cars. I have done my research online and figured out what I was looking f to several (more than four) different dealerships looking/ driving/ pricing cars. I have done my research online and figured out what I was looking for prior to going in. I had set an appointment and was greeted on my way in the door and offered a drink and to discuss what I was looking for. The sales person I originally was scheduled to talk to had the day off and another one filled in. He asked a bit about what I was looking for and listen to me explain in detail what I did and did not want to have happen. (I had also had some bad experiences at another dealership with not being listened to and so I was definitely hesitant and skeptical going in to my visit.) After a short chat, we test drove the vehicles I was interested in and I narrowed the choices to two and then asked for deal sheets on each. They wrote them up and I filled out a credit app. I had priced loans and cars elsewhere and hands down the deal they came back with beat I what I had been shown elsewhere. They were respectful, kind and considerate and not at all what I have experienced at other dealerships. All in all, it was a great car buying experience and I would definitely recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business. I was pleasantly surprised and they certainly earned mine! More
We recently bought a 2011 Honda Accord. We were repeat customers as we purchased a 2006 Honda Odyssey from Parker Johnstone and enjoyed a pleasant buying experience. We have enjoyed the service departmen customers as we purchased a 2006 Honda Odyssey from Parker Johnstone and enjoyed a pleasant buying experience. We have enjoyed the service department for the past 5 years. We were warmly greeted by Kim Posey of the Customer Service team on Saturday morning. We enjoyed a walkthrough of the used car inventory and test drove several models. We took a lunch break during the process which was graciously accepted by Kim (no pressure to stay). We did not buy on Saturday as we needed to discuss the purchase that evening (again no presure to make a deal as Kim gave us her card). We returned on Sunday to complete the purchase after one additional test drive. The buying experience was a no hassle, convenient process. We met Hugo, the dealer manager, on Sunday and enjoyed our interaction with him. Lastly, we met Corrie in the Financing department who introduced us to several coverage options for the car, explaining each thoroughly, so we could make an educated decision on each. Overall, the buying process and sales environment was well received and we are excited about our new purchase. Thanks to everyone! More
I would like to start off by saying that Mary was fantastic. But, there were some issues with other staff/overall experience. I knew what I was looking for when I arrived, so my first interaction we fantastic. But, there were some issues with other staff/overall experience. I knew what I was looking for when I arrived, so my first interaction went fairly smoothly. I was there for approximately 2 hours and left the used car I wanted there without finishing the financial paperwork. It needed some repairs, and I did not want to continue waiting to sign. This was Sat evening. I was notified Tues that one repair was completed, but the other could not be finished until I had signed financial paperwork. Ok, made an appt for the following day, Wed, at 4 pm to sign. This appt was confirmed by email, and I showed up at 3:57 pm Wed to sign. And waited. and waited. and waited some more. Finally, at 5:20 I was shown into the financial office, where I was heavily pressured to by several warranties and told that my particular vehicle tended to have "a lot of electronical problems". Then why, pray tell, should I still want it? After being heartily reassured that it was a great vehicle, I turned down all warranties and signed. Some time during all the before mentioned waiting it was discovered that both repairs were actually completed and I could drive the car home that day. I chose not to leave my xxx car on their lot and again left it. I made arrangements to pick it up Fri, and realized on my way home that the odometer had more miles on it than were listed on the financial paperwork. 61 to be exact. Not sure how that could happen when the car had been technically mine and supposedly sitting on their lot. In summation: the total buying experience exceeded the time set on the dealer website. I was there a total of 4 hours, which does not seem to be that much shorter than a dealer where negotiations are involved; someone drove my car 61 miles without my permission or prior knowledge; Wendy, the manager is kind of cold and unfriendly. (Just had to throw that last bit in.) If I could rate Mary alone, it would've been all 5's. She was very personable, funny, and easy to work with. More
Sheena dispelled the myth of new car sales person being on the attack... She was very helpful, attentive to our needs, wants and interests. She followed thru with us and was most gracious. Wendy was exceptional at her position as well. I would rate her as excellent as well. Wendy went above and beyond with her work for us as well. She exceeded our expectations. I would go back to Parker Johnstone based on Wendy alone. The finance manager Corrina, even though she said she was NOT going to push the after market sales on warranties, did just that. Corrina was aggressive with pushing sales of warranties, even though we explicitly stated we were in no way interested in any additional warranties, and we didn't appreciate the sales tactics. If Corrina had not been in the sales cycle, we would have rated everything as a 5, but had to knock it all down to a 4 because of her. She is the type of sales person that you think of when you thing of a typical "Used Car Sales Person", and that is not good. Sheena and Wendy were exceptional and both would rate a 5 for us. We would go back, but only because of Sheena and Wendy. Hopefully we would not have to deal with Corrina again. More

This dealership was super friendly, I had a great overall experience. I had the pleasure to work with Kim Posey and I purchased a honda fit sport from this dealership. Kim Posey was very patient and friendly experience. I had the pleasure to work with Kim Posey and I purchased a honda fit sport from this dealership. Kim Posey was very patient and friendly to talk to, and she was also super helpful for whatever I needed. Although purchasing a manual vehicle, I was not familiar with driving it, and Kim walked me through the whole procedure and practiced with me until I felt 100% comfortable driving away from the dealership. I did not feel pressured during the whole experience. I would totally recommend this place if you can find a good price for the vehicle that suits you. It was a great experience going throuhg Honda in Willsonville. More
