I purchased my car in 2007 and it was such a great experience i passed on the salesmans name to my mother, who purchased a car a few months later. I walk in the door and it feels like home, all the girls (and sometimes guys) in the service yell my name "Shawna", and i feel like Norm in Cheers. They seem truly happy to see me and not just take my money. They make small talk while i fill out my paperwork and ask me about my life. They go above and beyond the call of duty with printing out directions to the nearest starbucks, to arranging shuttle services. This service isn't just when i go in for my big service issues, it is a constant. It happens when i just pop in to get a tire fixed, or when I am too lazy to wash my car at home, they will do it for me. While i am young, and haven't owned many cars, i find it hard to believe that any other dealer will be able to live up to the standard that Parker Johnstone has set. I will buy my future vehicles here and i know my family will also. More

When I moved to Oregon a few years ago I found myself looking for a convenient place to have some service work done. I just stopped in to see what kind of money I would be having to spend. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and welcomed! I told Jenete that I was new to the area and that I was just in to do some price checking. She helped me right away and was so bubbly. I scheduled right away and told me that I was going to be working with Cristina. Two days later I met with Cristina and of course Jenete was there to welcome me back. Those girls are so personable and friendly I'm not surprised that they are related. I love chatting with them because they make the usual car experience so much fun. I have no reason to go elsewhere. When I purchased the car, I lived a mile away from the dealer, about 4 years ago I moved 25 miles away, and next month I'll be moving another 30 miles away from Wilsonville Honda (total of 55 miles from dealer), but that will not stop me from taking time out of my day to go to Wilsonville Honda for ALL of my servicing needs. In addition to the AWESOME service I receive from Jeanette, I also appreciate her level of knowledge and the way she explains things to me (someone who doesn't understand car stuff). I know I can always trust her recommendations and suggestions for service. And to top it all off, Jeanette always has a wonderful attitude and a smile on her face. She is always so personable and friendly... and not just with me, but with ALL of her customers. I've never been less than satisfied with the quality of work the service techs provide, and I feel I get a good value for my money with them. Because I do live a ways away from the dealer, I really enjoy the waiting area, they have complementary hot and cold beverages, a TV, work desks, and a computer with internet access. This is a major plus for me! I have referred many of my friends, family, and co-workers to Wilsonville Honda for both Sales and Service... and I will continue to refer to Wilsonville Honda. Their prices were quite lower than the blue book. I was also given the vehicle files to peruse, including a full Car Fax report, all without having to ask - all info was offered to me. Everything was transparent and up front. Melanie was OUTSTANDING and I highly recommend her - very low key and fun. Excellent customer service. Dane, "the finance guy", was very friendly, quick and efficient. Again, best experience ever! More
