I brought my car for service here one morning after jump starting it. After bringing the car to the service center it dint start again. I told the mechanic that it was the battery and I want it replaced starting it. After bringing the car to the service center it dint start again. I told the mechanic that it was the battery and I want it replaced. But he started telling me it was not it and something to do with the ignition system. The whole ignition wiring thing costed me $800.00. I shouldn't have listened to him because after couple of weeks the car dint start again. This time I took it to another service center where replacing the battery fixed the problem. If only they gave the right advice and service the first time. I recommend getting a second opinion before getting you car fixed by them. More

I went in for some service maintenance and was pleasantly surprised to find such a high level of customer service. They walked me through each step of the process. For me that entailed exchanging my vehicle surprised to find such a high level of customer service. They walked me through each step of the process. For me that entailed exchanging my vehicle for a loaner car, verifying what would be done to the car and then communicating that with my father who would would be footing the bill for his vehicle while he was away at the beach. My father being 55+ and not too well-versed about cars wanted to use synthetic oil as opposed to generic oil for an oil change. By the way, this is a Honda Pilot, not a souped up sedan. My boyfriend who has owned cars like an M5 informed me that putting synthetic in a Honda is completely unnecessary, the engine just isn't capable of getting so hot that the synthetic would be required. So, since I had yet to take the car to Jiffy Lube, I asked them to change the oil and I would pay for it myself. Since I'm sure Parker Johnston would've taken better care of the car then the guys at Jiffy Lube. Well, when my dad called to pay the other part of the bill and discovered the oil change that he had not authorized he went off on not one, not two but FOUR employees about the incident. When I arrived they were very professional and composed after this irrational man (unfortunately my ill-tempered father) had just reamed them out. We all laughed about it afterward and I offered to go buy them Starbucks gift cards for being so understanding. I've had many customer service oriented jobs since I was 16 and I know that in almost no circumstance should it be permissible to yell at a customer service rep, however they bore the brunt of his verbal assault and did so with a great deal of maturity. The man had just lost it over an oil change. Not shocks, a new suspension, brakes or anything that a normal person would be screaming at someone for. It was an oil change done with generic oil instead of synthetic. Out of the $1700 bill the man was screaming at them for a $20 oil change. I'm glad that the folks at Parker Johnston understand that great customer service can encompass many facets of customer care. They not only took $100 off for the maintenance, and comped my loaner vehicle but they were very bright and understood that sometimes not all transactions go as smoothly as they should have. More
I enjoyed my visit to Wilsonville Honda and greatly appreciated the low key, friendly, and helpful approach. I never felt pushed one way or another and was given fair options to work with. I want to appreciated the low key, friendly, and helpful approach. I never felt pushed one way or another and was given fair options to work with. I want to thank especially salesman Chris Nething. I do not see his name listed as an employee of this dealership on this website but I would recommend Chris as a respectful, fair, and most helpful guide through the information and buying process. He answered my questions, seemed sensitive to my concerns, and supplied further information when asked. Chris offers himself as a further contact at any time after the purchase if I may have questions. Thanks Chris for your help and I'll likely see you in the future. Also, finance manager Dan King is a good asset to this business. Rev. Tim Mockaitis Queen of Peace Catholic Church Salem, OR More

I had a very positive experience throughout my new car-buying process at Wilsonville Honda from my first e-mail request for a quote to the final signing of the purchase papers. The no-haggle base pric car-buying process at Wilsonville Honda from my first e-mail request for a quote to the final signing of the purchase papers. The no-haggle base price was a great launching pad for comparison shopping and made my final car selection/purchase a non-stressful experience. Trevyn was knowledgeable and very customer service focused, it was a pleasure to work with him. M.C. Lake Oswego, Oregon More
They stick to their word, and offer a great price. Everything unfolded as discussed, and Dale offered good advice but wasn't pushy or trying to sell me hard on everything. He was very responsive. All personnel worked hard to make sure we were comfortable, all very friendly. They worked hard to give us alternatives so that our needs were met as quickly and as easily as possible. They even supplied us with fresh cookies and coffee. The service staff even came to say hi and check on us. Their no pressure approach is greatly appreciated. More
We had to find our own car and we did not get a demo of the car's features, we had to wait for a sales representative, we arrived at the dealership at 12:30pm and didn't leave with our car until 8:00pm.
