I came into Parker Johnstone having had an excellent multi-year relationship with their service department. I had also heard second-hand about their honest, 'no-bull' approach to car sales. When I came in, I wasn't sure what model I wanted, I just knew I wanted to be out of the car that I had. I brought my mother and sister along for the ride. Chris was great, and made the process what it needed to be. At first, given prior experiences at other dealerships that made me want to hose myself off, I wanted to make a decision quickly, and to run off. But I had an opportunity (as did my sister) to test drive three vehicles, and was given the opportunity to try more (I was running out of time, and had already driven the car I knew I wanted, so I did not). And I quickly became very comfortable with the process. Chris is friendly, knowledgeable, motivated, and remarkably candid about himself, his opinions, and the sales process. When we walked in, he had an Employee of the Week award sitting on his computer, and he described that he got this award for refusing to make sales pitches over the phone on Mothers' Day. In a different outfit, he would've been terminated for insubordination. At Parker Johnstone, he was recognized for his sincere commitment to service. He also made my mother very happy, which is a plus; she asked me today how Chris was doing. Even when the appraisal for my car did not come in exactly where I wanted, it was fully explained to me, respectfully and tactfully. I really appreciate having had the chance to work with Chris on this car purchase. I can't speak for the other sales staff, but I would most definitely go back and buy my next car from Chris. I worked secondarily with Hugo Moguel and Larry Skreen, but to the extent that I spent only a handful of minutes, I can't say too much about them except that they were prompt, courteous, and professional. My husband and I first went into the dealership on May 11th to look for a new CR-V. Quiet and unassuming, not pushy at all and seems to be learning all about the Honda products quite rapidly. We came back yesterday (May 18th) to purchase our new car, and had a great experience. You are treated in a friendly, respectful manner and we will definitely recommend Bob to anyone who is looking for a new/used Honda to purchase. More

Chris Nething was my Sale Professional that assisted me in my buying decision. He asked what I was looking for, and certain criteria for my car puchase. He presented a few options both new and used for me to review. It was with a matter of minutes he had shown me a vehichle that not only met my needs but was the vision of what I had for my next new vechicle. The pricing for the vechicle was under sticker, and they gave me what I was looking for in my used car. Thankyou. I was really irritated when I finally called them back stating the problem was now consistent and came to find out the manufacturer would no longer cover it since the vehicle was just outside 100,000 miles and I would have to pay for all out of pocket! Jeannette took the time to genuinely listen, thoroughly documented my complaint, and took it upon herself to present my predicament to management in a way that I felt she truly transmitted my concerns and frustrations as those were her own! Subsequently, management called headquarters and got them to extend my warranty as a one time no charge as a customer service. Jeannette truly has exceeded all expectations I ever had and were reflected in her friendly, professional, and GENUINE one of a kind customer service skills. Subsequently, I bought a brand new 2012 honda civic since this type of customer has convinced me I am truly in Good Hands and going anywhere else is not an option since I AM TRULY A HONDA OF WILSONVILLE CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
