Had my 2002 Honda Civic serviced at Parker Johnstone for last few years. They have always made me feel like the customer, and that my car was important to them. When I made decision to trade-in, I was not once rushed, hurried, or pressured into purchasing a new car or a car from them. They earned my trust. Chris Nething was my Sale Professional that assisted me in my buying decision. He asked what I was looking for, and certain criteria for my car puchase. He presented a few options both new and used for me to review. It was with a matter of minutes he had shown me a vehichle that not only met my needs but was the vision of what I had for my next new vechicle. The pricing for the vechicle was under sticker, and they gave me what I was looking for in my used car. Thankyou. I was really irritated when I finally called them back stating the problem was now consistent and came to find out the manufacturer would no longer cover it since the vehicle was just outside 100,000 miles and I would have to pay for all out of pocket! Jeannette took the time to genuinely listen, thoroughly documented my complaint, and took it upon herself to present my predicament to management in a way that I felt she truly transmitted my concerns and frustrations as those were her own! Subsequently, management called headquarters and got them to extend my warranty as a one time no charge as a customer service. Jeannette truly has exceeded all expectations I ever had and were reflected in her friendly, professional, and GENUINE one of a kind customer service skills. Subsequently, I bought a brand new 2012 honda civic since this type of customer has convinced me I am truly in Good Hands and going anywhere else is not an option since I AM TRULY A HONDA OF WILSONVILLE CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Our '98 Honda CRV died on I-5 as we were on our way from Portland, Oregon to Ashland, where I was to give a presentation that evening. It was a bad time for a break-down! Ashley set up a rental car, promised to call us back with a diagnosis, and sent us on our way. We were back on I-5 in less than an hour from the time we coasted in a dead car to the side of the freeway! We made the event with time to spare. Ashley and Rob kept us informed by phone about our car. We enjoyed the 2011 CRV rental and returned four days later, to find our car fixed, washed, and vacuumed. And they comped us the rental. We couldn't have asked for more. Our car runs great and we plan to have all our break-downs in Wilsonville in the future. :-) This is also the first place I'll shop when we're ready to replace the '98 Honda. More
