My wife and I were looking to replace out Honda CR-V to get something a bit more powerful and more comfortable. Nichole then asked if we would be interested in a used vehicle if it were close to what our goal was and we said yes. Nichole showed us a beautiful Acura RDX SUV that was loaded with every feature we could have only dreamed of. This was one of the best car purchase experiences we have ever had. Nichole was very knowledgeable on the products and never made us feel pressured. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to stop in at Wilsonville Honda and meet with Nichole, you will be very pleased with her professional and friendly style. More

We purchased a new Honda Accord EX-L from Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda dealership. Oli Ramazani and Bob Vestal were our sales persons and we had the best experience purchasing a car that we have ever had. Both Oli and Bob are mature sales persons, they provided a good overview of the vehicle, answered all of our questions, took us on multiple test drives and were kind, considerate and patience with us. In addition, Wilsonville Honda provided 0% financing on the Saturday we purchased the car which also influenced our purchase decision. Oli and Bob are head and shoulders above the sales people we encountered in other auto dealerships. More
This may be long winded, so I apologize up front. I moved here from Georgia about a year ago. I bought a car from a small used car dealership and was not happy at all with the experience, nor the vehi moved here from Georgia about a year ago. I bought a car from a small used car dealership and was not happy at all with the experience, nor the vehicle. I was able to ship my car in Georgia out here and later got rid of the car I bought. My car from Georgia really was not ideal for this new enviroment, so car shopping began...and I had pre concived notions on how this would go, so I elected to start my search online. That being said...where to begin?!?! I found a used Mercedes Benz that I liked and called. This was on Sunday. I spoke with an internet rep who said he would call me back to make sure the car was on the lot (my computer was messing up and would sometimes show the car listed, and other times it would not). A few minutes later and I got the call it was there. So I came down to check it out on the same day. I met Bob who offered myself, my soon to be wife and my future mother in law coffee or cookies, to which we respectfully declined initially. We went out to the car and gave it a look over. Bob offered a test drive, and it was nice, driving over bad roads, the interstate, etc. We got back and Bob asked what we wanted to do, if we wanted to continue or not. No pressure was ever received. We elected to continue. Bob wrote up a proposal to see if the payments would be where I wanted them, before even running my credit (no since in running the credit if it wasn't going to work, right). He also took information on my trade in to see what kind of value we could get and came up with an estimate. We elected to continue. Bob then got a call and said someone was going to go out and look at my car to see if anymore could be offered for it, and sure enough they came back with offering more! Can't complain about that! After some searching (it was on Sunday mind you) an offer came back that I was able to work with, and proceeded with the transaction. The wait was a while, but I got to know Bob really well, and it was great to be able to hang out, drink some coffee and have some cookies. We were introduced to Trevyn who did the financing of the car, and again, no pressure. We left in our new (used) car! Bob also told me I had 5 days to try out the car and if I decided I didn't want it/like it, I could just bring it back and my old car would be waiting! On Monday, Trevyn called and told me the deal went through, but that he also found another bank that offered a much lower interest rate! Awesome work! So I went to sign the papers, and within 5 minutes I was on my way again. On Tuesday I went to a mechanic that was recommended by Oli (who has owned quite a few Mercedes). He was impressed with the car, but there was a small issue. The oil cap was not put on correctly when Honda changed the oil, and this led to oil being all over the motor...the real problem was being able to tell if there was a legitimate oil leak somewhere. My plan was to call Bob in the morning to set up a time to come in to have it cleaned up. Well, on Wednesday morning the car would not start. I had AAA come out and the battery was fine, so I towed it to Honda. This was at 6:00am and I called Bob to let him know of the oil issue too. By 7, Bob had returned my call (on his day off even!) He told me to bring the car in. No questions asked! I worked with Jose at the dealership, and within 5 minutes of arriving, I had a loaner to head to work. Again, no questions asked, other than what was going on with the car. I asked if I was going to be charged for the loaner, and Jose said nope, don't even worry about it! From then on, I was kept in constant update from both Jose and Bob. They had to take it to the Mercedes dealer and it was the starter. It was fixed, and should be ready today for pick up (Actually Bob just called me and told me it is ready!) No charge for any of it. And Bob said to keep the car a few more days to still decide if I want to keep it. In fact, the only pressure throughout the whole time was pressure from both Bob and Jose to make sure my mechanic looks at the car once I get it back! I don't know many places who would provide service like that, and I am a customer for life! I have been treated with nothing but respect and honesty throughout this time. And I want to thank everyone for their efforts! I even volunteered to make calls, but Bob was having none of it! And he was always good to his word, even on his off days he would call Honda to get an update. Just an extremely satisfying experience through and through. Again, thank you! More
Oli was as helpful as can be. We had gone in to look at a used car, and for the first time in our lives bought a new one. They were very competitive on the price, and I have never been in a dealer when th a used car, and for the first time in our lives bought a new one. Oli was great - pointed out features and informed us of their 0% interest offer. When we were leaving to think about it, he just handed us his card and said to let him know if we had any more questions. We thought about it for a couple days, and after searching extensively on the internet, we could not find a better price, or a different dealer we wanted to go to, not even the one less than 1 mile from my house. Back to Wilsonville we went. Sheena in Finance is amazing and sweet and goes above and beyond. I really feel that She and Oli embrace the "Hassle Free" principal. Would definitely recommend this dealership. More
I had such a wonderful experience with the dealership and especially with my sales person, Chris Nething. He made feel so comfortable from the start. I felt through conversation, I had known him for quite some time. Chris started out finding out my needs and then from there we looked at the car I selected. He was very detailed in explaining the functions of the car. He then took me on a long test drive and when we came back he asked me what I thought and how I would like to proceed from there. I felt no pressure with buying the car. He offered me snacks and drinks while he ran the numbers of the price of the car. He was quick and efficient. He not only took care of my needs, he also met the needs of my 5 year old granddaughter by giving her 2 balloons to play with. After I agreed to purchase the car, Chris took the papers over to the finance dept. While we were waiting he sat and chatted with me. He offered a recommendation for car insurance and offered me a ride back to the dealership to pick up the car. His customer service skills were superb. He excelled in every area of my needs and went above and beyond any car buying experience I have ever had. He is an excellent sales rep and the quality of his work was superb. He knew his job and how to be professional along with being a friend, as well. My overall experience was superb. I have always liked the service from every department, from my past and the way the employees work to please you in every way possible. The establishment was very clean and I had a remarkable day being there. I highly recommend this establishment and especially my sales rep, Chris. For the short period of time he told us he worked there, I would have thought he could have been there for years. He definitely knew his job. Thank you very much, Chris and Parkerstone. Out of frustration and lack of confidence in our local Honda dealership (O'Brian Honda of Salem), we sought help from Nic Edinger, a service technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful & assisted in setting up an appointment with Parker Johnstone’s Wilsonville Honda. Nic diagnosed and correctly repaired a recalled brake master cylinder that had been done incorrectly at the other dealership. Nic also efficiently completed a power steering pump replacement that was on a recall notice. We are relieved that we now have brakes that are reliable and power steering that performs correctly. We are so pleased with the efficient and timely manner in which the repairs were diagnosed and repaired. Dave Berry, the service manager, was very willing to work with us and put our worries to rest. We were considering replacing our Honda Odyssey due to all of the problems we experienced with our local dealership, but Dave's reassurance that this vehicle issue could be resolved gave us hope that we weren't faced with shopping for a new vehicle. Kristina Banglo; a service adviser, was cheerful and friendly and was empathetic to our plight. She was thoughtful and promptly assisted with the repair process. Parker Johnstone’s Wilsonville Honda has earned our respect and our business. We will gladly drive 45 minutes, one way to receive this level of care in the future. The price of the car was on the internet -- there were no games involved. The trade-in price they offered us was excellent, as was the interest rate on the loan. I was having a long day -- driving a truck up from California with my trusty old car in tow. My car had bitten the dust while I was on a desert vacation... I looked for prices on the internet and found that Wilsonville Honda had what I was looking for at an excellent price. I called the dealership and spoke with Zac Dreyer -- it turned out that my car of choice was at an even lower price than I thought! Zac answered my insomnia-addled questions patiently and honestly and assured me that a trade-in would go smoothly. I met with Chris Nething at the dealership 3 hours later. I felt absolutely no pressure from Chris to buy up on a vehicle or features. He presented these options to me quickly, took note of my disinterest, and introduced me to my new car. Chris was careful to be honest with me about the trade-in value of my car and made sure that I understood the process. I had an idea that I probably wouldn't get much due to the beating that I had given it over the years, but I appreciated his sensitivity -- and I was impressed that I got anything for my old car at all!. As an emergency nurse, I am used to people xx'ing me - I know what it looks like -- Chris is no xx. He's actually a really nice person with some interesting stories to tell (which helps pass the time -- buying a car takes time!). Chris knows his stuff and clearly cares about his job and the customer -- I find this mix of qualities to be rare in sales these days. Good to see! I shook hands with Chris' boss, Hugo Moguel, and noted throughout the day that he appeared to provide his employees with a fun, calm work environment --I like to see this in any business that I am working with. Trevyn Ashley handled my financing (0%!). He was warm and efficient and (as seems to be the trend at this dealership) did not give me a feeling of pressure when the service upgrade options were presented to me by his friendly associate (can't remember his name -- not listed on this website -- sorry man! -- I was REALLY tired!). The dealership's non-negotiation policy was refreshing. I usually enjoy a good haggle, but I like a low price to start off even more. I did my homework (I had been considering a new car for a while) -- for my model of choice, I could not beat their prices. Over-all excellent experience! More
