My first visit to Wilsonville Honda was in 2009 when I purchased a FIT. I had the FIT serviced there for all it's scheduled services. The Service Advisors, Jennette Alexander and Kristina Bangloy treate purchased a FIT. I had the FIT serviced there for all it's scheduled services. The Service Advisors, Jennette Alexander and Kristina Bangloy treated me as if my car was the most important thing that they had to care for that day. Each and every time I had the FIT serviced I was greeted with a smile and professional courtesy. I returned to Wilsonville Honda when I was ready to trade my FIT. We were greeted by Brianna Steglat who very courtiously showed us the vehicles we were interested in. She answered all our questions and let us buy the car. We didn't feel pressured to buy one model over another. We purchased a Honda Accord EX-L V6 with Navigation. She made our visit to Wilsonville Honda a very pleasant buying experience. I brought my Accord back to get several accessaries installed. Kristina Bangloy handled that work request in a pleasant and professional manner. I wanted to get a Clear Mask applied to the front of my Accord and was referred to Trevyn Ashley who made the arrangements for me to make the purchase. He then made the arrangements at the service desk for me to bring the car in for the mask to be installed. I brought the Accord back to have a Clear Mask installed. Service Advisor Rob Walker made that a pleasant experience. After the Clear Mask was installed I noticed that the fuel door was not covered. I brought that to Rob Walker's attention and asked him if he would make arrangements for that the be done as well. He called the servicing agency asked that the work be done and made the appointment for me. Buying a Honda from Wilsonville Honda is an effortless and rewarding experience. I will no doubt get my next vehicle from Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda. More
No pressure, no hassle, great info, lots of vehicles and models. I went there to see if I fit in a Civic and ended up buying an Accord. I highly recommend looking up Michael Kinsman if you are interested models. I went there to see if I fit in a Civic and ended up buying an Accord. I highly recommend looking up Michael Kinsman if you are interested in browsing or buying - he's great. Michael is not pushy and, yet, very sensitive in trying to discover what you are looking for. I feel very confident with the Honda product. More

Michael worked with us for over 3 months to find the perfect car for us and when we found the car that was perfect for us he stayed over 3 hours past his off time to make sure that we were well taken ca perfect car for us and when we found the car that was perfect for us he stayed over 3 hours past his off time to make sure that we were well taken care of. He was very patient, kind, and truly wanted to serve us. After all was said and done we were set up with the car that worked the best for us. Michael is truly one of a kind sales person, we were informed that he recently changed careers of over 40 years to now being a car sales person. We believe that Michael has truly found his niche in this establishment and should be the one and only person you should work with at Wilsonville Honda. It has been a true pleasure to work with such a professional and have an end product that is perfect for us. Thank You Michael! More
Great customer service, best I've seen in a long time. The pricing and estimate was fair, I didn't feel like unnecessary work was being done on my vehicle. The pricing and estimate was fair, I didn't feel like unnecessary work was being done on my vehicle. More
My family went in to look for a new car, and trade in our old. Found the car we wanted, after browsing with no interruption of any kind from anyone, felt like a ghost town. Went in waited ten plus min to get old. Found the car we wanted, after browsing with no interruption of any kind from anyone, felt like a ghost town. Went in waited ten plus min to get someone to let us test drive. The drive was good, no one went with us, that was nice. when we got back it was time to appraise our car. This is when it went from bad to worse. I could deal with the no one helping us prior, leaving us be to look. But after a good 30min Brianna came back from the "used car appraiser" and offered us $6,400 on something that has a KBB trade in value of 8k+ and retail of 12k. They would not budge on that number even though they claim to be a fair one price dealership. Fact, if I had been dense enough to make that trade, they would have wash/waxed.buffed ect, then put on their lot stating KBB was 12k so they will do like 10,500 leaving them a nice fat $5,000 profit. We were treated with disrespect, and it was about 30 seconds after we walked out the door that we figured out why... a little past 7 on a Thursday, they locked the doors as soon as we were in the parking lot. Any Dealership that considers 5k profit and rude service, not to mention that would rather lock up and go home then make a sale is not one that I would recommend to anyone. More

My husband and I were searching all dealerships in Washington and Oregon for a specific Kia Rondo. We came across a few vehicles that fit our specifications. We spoke with four salesman at different d Washington and Oregon for a specific Kia Rondo. We came across a few vehicles that fit our specifications. We spoke with four salesman at different dealerships by phone and through email. Michael Hasty, the Internet Service Rep at Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda, impressed us the most because he was quick to respond, he was knowledgable, and he was friendly. We set up a test drive and the car was waiting for us when we arrived. We were given 45 minutes to test drive the car w/o a salesperson accompanying us, which was refreshing. When we returned from our test drive, and had decided to purchase the vehicle we were introduced to Nichole Friswold to help us with the sale. The associates at PJ Wilsonville Honda are not commissioned sales people. It was one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. No pressure, no games, and no negotiating. The vehicle we were purchasing only had one key and Nichole called a Kia dealer in our are and had them hold a key for us. We were able to swing by on the way home and pick up the extra key quickly. We had our own financing and were never pressured into using other financing. Trevyn Ashley in the finance department explained different warranty options, but never gave us a hard sell and we were done with paperwork very quickly. Start to finish we were out in under 3hrs. Everyone was professional and friendly. We will definitely be back for our future car purchases. More
I gave the price a 1 (very bad)and the experience a 3 (ok) - as this dealer requires that you pay for dealer added accessories. The sales person Chris Nething was great. We had a wonderful time test (ok) - as this dealer requires that you pay for dealer added accessories. The sales person Chris Nething was great. We had a wonderful time test driving and working with him. Unfortunately, this dealer requires that the buyer pay for accessories as determined by the dealer, even, as in our case, if the accessories had yet to be fully added/installed on the actual car that we wanted to purchase, or could have been easily removed. In our case it was $33,800 for the car, we ultimatley purchased at another dealership and added another $5,000 in accessories that we were willing to purchase, just not the ones this dealer wanted to install. So the dealer lost a $38,800 sale for $600 in dealer required accessories that we didn't want, and that hadn't even been fully installed - the car had 7 miles on it when we test drove it. Doesn't seem to make much sense to me, but then I don't own a dealership. If you don't mind overpaying for dealer installed accessories that you don't want - then this is not a bad place to shop for a new car. More
Working with Chris Nething was an excellent and positive experience. He worked very hard to accomodate all of our needs, and overcome our unique circumstances/requests. Due to Floor Supervisor resistance, experience. He worked very hard to accomodate all of our needs, and overcome our unique circumstances/requests. Due to Floor Supervisor resistance, finalizing the deal was more complicated than it needed to be. We had actually walked away twice with no hard feelings towards Chris. But because of Chris and his excellent oommunication efforts, he was able to work out the deatails with management and keep us very satisfied. Working with Sheena was a positive experience as well. She provided all of the information we needed. She completed research on our behalf, and facilitated in closing the deal. Her communication was excellent and timely as well. More
