After thinking about the van overnight, we settled the next day with Nichole and Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. And we'd really hope they'd request Nichole, as she really knew what she was doing, whether it was in marketing the attributes of the Odyssey, explaining how to set up the bluetooth technology from our phone to the van, favorite radio station designations to speed dials or pulling the middle row wider or narrower or moving the back row down to make our two Vizslas comfortable once we got home to take them for a spin out of town, which we did the next morning, and, just like us, the LOVED the van. Excellent salesmanship, absolutely no pressure, courteous at all times. Appreciated not having to haggle over the price; it was known up front. I particularly liked the fact that the new cars were housed inside, under roof--shows they really care about their inventory. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. This is the first time I didn't leave a car dealer upset or mad. It was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend the dealership to others. An additional perk was being able to see Parker's Indy car up close. Left with a beautiful Honda Civic in just the color I wanted without all the stress generally associated with buying a car. Nichole was friendly, open, and wanting to make my experience as easy and stress-free as possible. When I was mulling over the color options, she said I should be sure I picked the color I would reall experience as easy and stress-free as possible. The color I chose (not the color I thought I wanted) has been getting compliments like crazy, and I appreciate her advice. There was no strong-arming at all about buying optional add-on warranties. They were offered, I declined, and we moved right on to nailing down the financing specifics and signing the papers This dealership doesn't negotiate. They do, however, give you a check for the difference if you find the same model for a lower price at a competitor. I mentioned an identical model at another dealership, the pricing was confirmed with a quick look on the internet, and instructions for sending me a check for the difference (once the financing has gone through) were written into my paperwork. The car was washed, the gas tank filled, and Nichole set up several things such as radio stations, door locking preferences, etc. for me and made sure I was satisfied and had no other questions before I hit the road. My overall impression of Wilsonvile Honda is that it's a customer-focused dealership. I'd happily recommend it to anyone. More

She knew and pointed out to me the differences between the 2012 and 2013 models which made my decision-making process much easier. She was also familiar with all of the technological aspects. She even took the time to connect my phone to the Bluetooth before i left. There were so many beautiful Hondas to choose from at this dealership, and he only hard part was deciding which color I wanted. The lounge was a very comfortable place for my friend to wait for me while I took car of the business end of the transaction. What is typically a very stressful and frustrating experience that nobody wants to go through was truly a joy at Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda. I will gladly recommend this dealership, and particularly Terri Goodman to my friends, and I will be coming back for repeat business in the future.
