I've been going to this dealership for several years to get my Honda serviced there. I arrived at the dealership without an appointment and Brandon was happy to help me. He helped me purchase the windshield wipers my car need and he even installed them for me! Brandon even went as far as Brandon was happy to help me. He helped me purchase the windshield wipers my car need and he even installed them for me! Brandon even went as far as to clean my tires because I had mentioned that my teenage daughter hit a curb the day before and the tire had a scuff mark on it. Thanks for being so helpful Brandon! I appreciate it. More
From the moment my wife and I walked in the door of Wilsonville Honda, we felt welcome and appreciated. We were greeted with warm, genuine smiles, and – throughout our car-buying experience – every employee we passed, throughout our buying experience, made eye contact with us and offered a greeting. We let Erin at the front desk know that we wanted to purchase a new Honda Accord, and she led us over to Michael Kinsman, who we asked for by name. Michael is a family friend and we knew that we would be treated fairly and amicably by him. What we did not expect was that the entire staff of Wilsonville Honda would treat us equally well – as if they were all family friends as well! We had done plenty of research and test drives at many dealerships, and we knew that a 4-cylinder Honda Accord sedan was the car for us. Michael offered plenty of insight into all of the Honda Accord's features, from the LX to the EX-L. We eventually settled on the EX-L without navigation. As-equipped, this car has everything my wife was looking for…except that the dealership did not have her color preference. Wendy made a few inquiries and was able to locate one in Tacoma, which we were able to pick up the next day. Probably the most surprising part of the entire experience was the amount of time we spent in the finance office with Shannon Beasley. We have bought a few cars over the years, and dealing with the finance person is always the most wearisome and time-consuming part of buying a car. Not so at Wilsonville Honda. I was not keeping track of the time, but I am certain we were out of his office in under 30 minutes…probably closer to 20! Great people, awesome service, and a professional yet welcoming atmosphere will have me recommending Wilsonville Honda for many years to come. Oh, and freshly baked cookies…thanks, Erin! More

I purchased a used vehicle from Wilsonville Honda that immediately began having transmission problems. Within two weeks I had to replace the transmission. Wilsonville Honda denied any wrongdoing, asserting that I purchased the car AS-IS. They provided no real help other than telling me they "empathized" with me. Either Wilsonville Honda thinks I can destroy the transmission in a Totota Sequoia driving it for 300 miles on the freeway without towing anything, or they sold me a car with a failing transmission. That makes them either mechanically incompetent or ethically challenged. Either way, strongly urge you avoid this dealership. More
Coming to Parker Johnstone Honda was a complete pleasure. We knew what we wanted and Terri greeted us as soon as we walked in. It was an interesting walk thru even tho I'd been a service customer for years We knew what we wanted and Terri greeted us as soon as we walked in. It was an interesting walk thru even tho I'd been a service customer for years. Terri walked us around the showroom told us about the race cars and the history of Parker Johnstone. She immediately listened to what we wanted . She seemed to know what we were looking for and took us right over to the Honda Fits. There were lots of basic 2013's on the lot but Terri enticed us with the last 2012 which had built in navigation and blue tooth (something I had been wanting for awhile) Both my husband and I got to test drive it and when we came back prior to our final decision we window shopped and looked at other cars as well. Terri was patient, not pushy, walked us through the pros and cons of each vehicle just listening to our conversations about what we were looking for. We got the best value for our dollars. In walking through the paperwork we had done our homework so knew what our trade in was worth and sure enough that's what we got. Terri was working late that night. She stayed with us through the end which took til 10:30 pm. We forgot extra keys, the radio code and the window sticker all which she patiently waited a few extra days for. All in all a great experience. I'd recommend Terri and Parker Johnstone Honda to any of my family and friends. More
For a few months, I have been searching for a fun Summer car. I narrowed my search to a Pontiac Solstice and went thru Craigslist. After calling this dealership, I decided to take a test drive. The Internet car. I narrowed my search to a Pontiac Solstice and went thru Craigslist. After calling this dealership, I decided to take a test drive. The Internet manager introduced me to Geri Reeves. The car was waiting as I had made certain in advance the car would be ready. We did a nice 5 mile loop and discussed the car and other things. I found Geri to have a friendly, calm manner and a cute, fun side. I really felt like we were two gal pals out for a ride. When we returned to the dealership, the sun was out. Geri and I requested someone show me how to operate the convertible top. With the sun out and the top down, Geri and I both felt we should have another test. ;) We did a short 2 mile drive and I left to think about the car. I received a call from Geri the next day. A second Solstice had arrived at the dealership. Saturday, I went back. Geri was with another customer, so she introduced me to her partner, Gaylen Cashman. Gaylen comes from a strong managerial background and I could tell was done managing people. Gaylen seemed to want rewarding relationships that provided a happy result. We test drove both cars on the same 5 mile route, this time in the Oregon rain. Both sales reps, were patient, kind and what they didn't know about the car, they researched. I decided to go ahead with the original Solstice. Color: Sly ( Moonshadow Grey). I had arranged my financing in advance thru my traditional bank, but Theresa, the financing specialist, was able to beat my banks rate and obtained a 2.99% option, which I accepted. This was truly a joyful experience. Of course I recommend Parker Johnstone highly! More
After a frustrating experience at a different Portland-area dealership earlier in the day, my wife and I considered putting off the purchase of our new Honda Odyssey. Based on the numerous posit Portland-area dealership earlier in the day, my wife and I considered putting off the purchase of our new Honda Odyssey. Based on the numerous positive online reviews we read regarding Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda, however, we decided to make the 45-minute trek down I-5 to Wilsonville from Vancouver, WA. We cannot be happier with that decision. From the moment we entered the showroom we could tell that there was something special about Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda. It didn't take long to realize that the aspect that sets Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda apart from other dealers is their customer service. I absolutely cannot say enough positive praise for the way Michael Kinsman, our Customer Service Representative, took care of us during the visit. Michael began by ensuring he understood our needs in a new vehicle. When I brought up a question on "pricing", Michael quickly pulled out his I-pad and showed me the price quote, which was the lowest quote I had seen on a Honda Odyssey (We were looking at the EXL w/RES). During the test drive Michael continually explained the many features of the Odyssey. Michael also did a fabulous job of interacting with our two young kids (aged 5 and 6) who were along for the purchase. By the end of the test drive my wife and I not only felt confident we were buying a minivan that would meet our family's needs for many years, but also felt that we were purchasing the vehicle from a dealership that truly cares about its customers. I now understand why one online reviewer we read mentioned feeling like a family at Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda! Our family is taking a road trip for spring break this year in our new Odyssey. We've already planned to stop in Wilsonville on our way south to thank Michael again for the great customer service we received! More

My husband, and I did some reseach on line, and rec'd quotes from other dealerships. We decided at the last minute to drive into Parker Johnstone. SO GLAD WE DID!! From the moment we walked in the door we were greated by smiles , and Terri. We explained our"story" to Terri who not only was compassionate, but was also very familiar with Elder care. I felt immediately connected and probably off loaded more than a car. Terri, along with the sales manager took their time to complete a detailed estimate to buy the car. We were rpleased with this quote as it was almost $2,000. more than we had been told by others. As a result, we decided to sell the car to P.J and made an appt the following Wed to complete the paperwork. Terri met mom that Wed morning. Outside of waiting for documents to clear from the Credit Union . The entire transaction was seamless. Once again, Terri's compassion was a sure cure for a frusterated daughter and a sweet, kind older women. Terri took all the time needed to explain every document, listen to stories & maintained the integrity of the company and process. Also want to mention the sales manager (think his name was Bob) took the time to introduce himself. When we walked out. moms words simply said "they were sure nice people" . I smiled to myself and said "yes mom, they are". As for Terri, I feel like I made a friend. Oh yeah, I had to apolizie for my mini outburst .. patience is a virtue I lack...
