I had a great experience at Wilsonville Honda. I found the car I had been looking for on their website. I showed up right before they were closing and they let me take the car home for a day to test it ou the car I had been looking for on their website. I did all the financing paper work online and it was a pretty smooth and easy transaction. My salesman, Zac D., was amazing and so helpful. He was great with my kids. Zac even came into work early so he could pick me up at my house and bring me to the dealership to get my new car. He went above and beyond! He was kind and sincere and not pushy what so ever. In fact I had no idea until 8:00pm when I was ready to drive off the lot with my dream car. That's how quick the transaction was including test drive and financing.Michael and Shannon never made me feel like I was being rushed or pressured. I'm sure it helps that I knew exactly what I came in for but, Michael was just so cheerful and knowledgeable about the Camry which surprised me since it is a Honda dealership. The employees at this dealership are exceptional. They are incredibly friendly and always remember my name. My questions are answered and the work is done in the timeframe promised. My purchase spanned two visits over two months and many emails in between. On the first visit, Terri spent two hours with me, allowing me to test drive the Odyssey and then working through exactly how muc emails in between. I still wanted to test drive a Toyota Sienna so I wasn't prepared to commit during that first visit. However, after finally driving a Sienna and deciding the Odyssey was the van for me, I was VERY happy to return to Wilsonville Honda and close the deal with Terri.
