I called late Friday ev I have nothing to say but THANKS!! This dealership had to pick up the pieces of the horrible Honda dealership in Bend, Oregon. I called late Friday evening and told Jeff Gilmore what had happened to me in Bend and he assured me that the car I wanted would be there when I arrived in the morning. I got up the next morning and drove three hours to the dealership thinking here we go again, but when I arrived Stuart really gave me no pressure at all. I asked him why everything was going so quick and easy and he replied "we do not haggle around here". What?... I was very elated and impressed with the whole process because even the Finance woman, I think her name was Lisa? Had me out from start to finish in 45 minutes!!!! Thank you guys!!!! Not to mention they saved me $800.00 that Bend was going to hussle me out of on the lease......... More
Totally different car-buying experience...in a good way! Just pulling up to the dealership without a salesman running out licking his chops was a great start! We had a car we were already interested in, and did end up buying. Gaylen was kind, cheerful, helpful and honest with us. We learned these salesmen/women arent commission based like a normal dealership, which is why they werent in our faces or pushy. The only part of the experience that we didnt like as much was that there is NO negotiating. The van we bought was priced a bit higher then we wanted and we would have normally asked for a lower price, but the experience was worth it and the car was in excellent condition. Because of the number of customers in front of us, we ended up being there WELL past closing, but none of the employees were rude or pushy about it. They were just as kind and helpful as they would have been earlier in the day. Thank you for a great experience! More
Customer for life I bought my 2005 Honda Civic at Wilsonville Honda. At the time I lived in Lake Oswego so the dealership was semi-convenient for me. But for the las I bought my 2005 Honda Civic at Wilsonville Honda. At the time I lived in Lake Oswego so the dealership was semi-convenient for me. But for the last seven years I have lived in Milwaukie 25 miles away. A time consuming distance away. There are other Honda dealerships much closer but I come all the way to Wilsonville because I value the trust and quality of service I get. Today was a great example. The splash guard underneath my engine had partially fallen off. I called the dealership at 3pm and talked with Christina. She said come on in at your convenience or right now and we'll fix it for you. I got there at 3:30 and was back on the road by 3:45. Amazing. And at no charge. It's this kind of service that makes me take my Civic and now our CRV exclusively to Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda every single time. More

As I did my research with other dealerships and actually visited some with the intent to purchase, I was greatly turned off by the "haggling" process found by most dealerships. Its a WASTE of everyone's valuable time, and annoying to know that people sitting behind the blacked out windows are just trying to squeeze you until you "break". I found that ultimately that the "no hassle" pricing was actually better than "Costco Pricing", and as good if not better than any other dealership pricing after much "haggling". I'm a typical educated consumer, and know the product that I want, and was pleased to find that my salesman was up to speed on the products he was representing. Our new Honda would be the same car from any dealership, but its the buying process that made me a "return customer", thanks again to the Parker Johnstone team and especially Stuart Freeman for facilitating the process in a timely and professional manor.
