Ultimately though it is the people that we dealt with that count. Gaylen Cashmen was our salesperson and she is excellent. She's knowledgeable, attentive, patient and very customer focused. We also dealt with Brandie for F&I who is very personable, professional and capable, and I think Wendy (also very nice). Finally, we briefly talked to Bob Moore who was also customer focused. More

In stark contrast to my last car purchase experience, there were no predatory vibes in the atmosphere and I wasn't taken hostage and passed along to the entire sales team to tongue lash and force feed products and services I had already researched & pre-determined were of no interest to me. From the onset of our encounter, Zac set the stage with how the experience would be, by explaining Parker Johnstone's values. I knew the vehicle I wanted and Zac filled in the blanks on outstanding questions and concerns I had. Thanks for the great customer service! More

We were not sure on what kind of car we actually wanted and Michael Kolb found the perfect car for us. Husband and I took a couple of days to think about it then when we knew we wanted to buy Dale helped us when we applied on line for Honda credit. The day we bought the car only took about 1 1/2 hours total time. Michael helped us to determine the add-ons we needed but didn't make us feel like we were pressured in anyway. Terri was most helpful too with making all the financial paperwork seem simple and explained everything to us. We ended up buying a Honda Civic Hybrid with better than awesome financing. We have no regrets with our purchase (love our new car) and will defiantly buy our next car with Parker Johnstone Honda. Carrie & Greg Funk More
Outstanding dealership We just finished purchasing our third Honda from Wilsonville Honda, and I honestly didn't consider checking out other dealers. Since our last two purc We just finished purchasing our third Honda from Wilsonville Honda, and I honestly didn't consider checking out other dealers. Since our last two purchases (over 8 years ago), we continued to return to Wilsonville Honda because of the excellent service of our vehicles and the absolutely exceptional customer service. In this busy world, it is rare for businesses to remember who you are, especially when you only come in for service every few months, but Jennette and Kristina (especially) have an amazing ability to recall names and treat you like family. Their personal care and attention helped make us loyal customers. But the entire staff is friendly and helpful. We went back when we were ready to purchase a new Honda because of the exceptional experience we had the last time, and this experience was just the same. Gaylen greeted us and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. While she was very helpful, she also made it clear that the sales staff is salaried (not on commission), so there would be no pressure to make a sale. She was informative, friendly, and helpful. Everything was low key and hassle free. Buying here makes the car buying experience easy and relaxed. It never used to be that way, but I know where I'm going to be buying my next car. I highly recommend the sales and service staff at Wilsonville Honda. More

Having had some experiences with other Honda dealers in the Portland area that didn't meet my expectations, I decided to check out Wilsonville Honda. I can say that Zac was very helpful, after all I did buy a new Accord EX. He supportive and kept me informed of some Honda incentives. As I had been an engineer with Honda Motor Co. for more than 28 years I was a somewhat picky buyer and did discuss some issues that I was concerned with with the sales and service managers. These were issues I felt can help them to be even better. Overall I would recommend Wilsonville Honda to anyone who is looking to have an enjoyable experience buying a car from friendly and helpful people. I was also privileged to meet and talk with the owner Parker Johnston, whom I knew and heard of from his racing Honda cars. His warm and friendly attitude shows in all those I met at this dealership. I think I hear a funny noise My Honda Civic Si had an oil leak and I had a business trip so arranged with Rob to help me get the car to the dealership while I was traveling. I mentioned that I heard a sound but it was faint.... Rob and his team fixed the oil leak and also flushed my brake fluid (at a lower cost than I had been quoted at another dealership). The next day they also were able to pinpoint the sound that I heard and let me know that it was covered under warranty. Every time I called Jessalyn was very kind and helpful in transfering me to Service. Junior was very helpful in helping me get my car and the rental car back and forth to the dealer. Rob was attentive and kept me up to date and made sure that the service I received was fair and complete. Very good experience! More

I dropped in for a problem with my Odyssey They went above and beyond for me. First, they offered me a loaner car. My last dealership never did this. The best my last dealership could do was to drop me off at enterprise car rental. The car they offered me was a Civic. When Jeanette found out that I have 5 kids I drive around she hunted down an Odyssey for me. This was so kind because if she hadn't I would have had to make 2 30 minute round trip visits to school to pick up the kids. Second, They worked me in and they told me what to expect up front. They said it sounded like something wrong in the pulley system and they might not be able to have my car ready the same day. That was true but, they had it done by 10 am the next morning. That was fast service considering it was the timing belt regulator and they did a recall service on it too. Third, the price was a good value for the service. They even vacuumed the car and gave it a good wash. Overall, I was really impressed and I will be returning when I need further service. On another note, if you are thinking about buying an Odyssey - do it!! Our car has over 220,000 miles on it and this is the first time we have had to have something fixed on it - other than regular maintenance. I love my Odyssey!! More

After working with us for perhaps 30 minutes Jeff introduced us to Michael Kinsman one of their senior sales staff. Nancy and I recommend a very few businesses let alone an automobile dealership but we have to say that our experience working with Michael was one of the best experiences we have ever had in buying any product. Michael was, during the sales process, and continues to be attentive to our needs, making sure that we are happy with this car and the service we received had Parker Johnson's Wilsonville Honda. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity and get a very good deal with an unbelievably high level of customer service this is the place to go. No gimmicks no flyers no flashy commercials just plain honest customer service that goes above and beyond what is needed. Brandi, Teri, Jeff and the nice people in Service (Mark Ty and the professional staff at the desk) All echo the tag line we used to hear in Portland Oregon regarding a business machines company..."A service company above all else" They demonstrate not just say the actions that make a good company great! Hats off to you Parker for collecting and retaining some of the best customer service and ethical sales people around. Most of the reviews for this kind of dealership Are rated at five stars we would give Parker Johnson's Wilsonville Honda 10 stars if we could it is that good and we are not impressed with many car dealers. The service department is friendly and works quickly to care for any questions or needs you might have. It has been absolutely one of the best car buying experiences of our lifetime. My wife and I purchased a Honda Odyssey several years back from Parker Johnstone’s Honda and have been happy with the sale of the car, and how well al My wife and I purchased a Honda Odyssey several years back from Parker Johnstone’s Honda and have been happy with the sale of the car, and how well all interactions have gone since we purchased our vehicle. In fact the sale of the car and service over the years has gone so well that when we decided it was time to replace an old car that was not Honda we went back to Parker Johnstone’s. Jennette, Rob, Kristina, and the others in the service department have literately been like family over the last several years. They are always looking out for us and our automobile and are never pushy about anything. Whenever they make recommendations on service, and whenever I am trying to decide if this is necessary or just something the service department is trying to up-sale; they will sit with me and go over what exactly the issue is and why it should get fixed. There has been more than once that they have sat with me and brought up the whole manual breakdown and explained to me where the issue is and how to fix it. This is the first dealership I have ever been to that I actually want to go back to. It was not a hard choice to purchase another car from Parker Johnstone’s. This time around our sales person was someone we did not know; Gene Luther. I want to make sure he gets a good review, but I don’t want to just put the typical “He was very helpful and polite” because he was more than that. He spent some time walking around with us and finding out what we were looking for before just pushing cars on us. All his suggestions were good, but not quite the right fit for us. Then we changed our minds half way through on what we were looking for. Without hassle Gene changed his search to match what we were asking for, no anger or frustration he went with the flow. Within two cars he found exactly what we asked. Of course Gene was very helpful and polite, but like I said he was more. Personally I am not sure why anyone would go anywhere else other than Parker Johnstone’s to look for an automobile. More
