From the moment I spoke to Gaylen on the phone from my home in Boerne, TX, I felt comfortable and in good hands. Buying from a distance (2,200 miles away!) can be very difficult and uncomfortable. As the process continued, it only got better. Not only did Gaylen text me lots of photos of the car, she also sent me numerous videos as well. She described the car carefully and honestly. She left nothing out. She is a gem! The next day, Dan picked me up at the airport in Portland and we had a terrific test drive (in the car) back to the dealership. We had a great conversation as he explained and described everything he could about the vehicle. “Friendly” does not begin to explain Dan and the staff at Wilsonville Honda. When we arrived at the dealership, I met Gaylen face-to-face for the first time and we chatted for a few moments. And then, to my surprise, Dan told me that Paul was ready for me (when I was ready) to sign a few papers. In ALL of my car buying experiences (except this one), I have always had to wait crazy amounts of time to sign the docs. Not with you guys. Paul got me right into his office, the papers were ready, and I was done in moments. In fact, Paul and I chatted longer than it took to complete the paperwork. The texts on my 2,200 mile journey home were greatly appreciated and show what a caring group of people you are. Thank you all for a SUPER enjoyable buying experience! Excellent Customer Service I have been a customer of Wilsonville Honda for three years. My car was recently towed into the dealer with an electrical failure of some sort. I arrived at 7:00 p.m. and Avelino was at the service desk. Within 15 minutes my car was checked in, scheduled for service the next day, and a loaner car was ready for me. Customer service does not get any better than this. Whether it is for routine service or an emergency such as this one, Avelino always does a fine job. No wonder I would not think of going anywhere else. In addition to Avelino, Kristina and Mark were very helpful in getting my car repaired in a timely manner and getting me back on the road. More

They went way above and beyond Geri R and Paul C both went way above and beyond helping us source my car (2017 Civic Type R). We returned two weeks after picking up an MDX for my wife to buy my new car they found for me. We were in a unique situation with selling a rental property and our DTI was out of control until the closing of our house. This car could not wait for that date so they worked with us, with Parker, and with multiple credit unions going over our unique situation and were able to source the funding. This process extended through a holiday weekend and involved countless phone calls to and from different banks and even with me with the banks faxing over closing paperwork. More
