The dealer that is about 20 miles from me had a bad reputation. I chose Parker Ford for all the awards that they have won. Ron Wright is my sales person and does an excellent job as well as all the employees from Parker Ford. They make it so easy to buy a vehicle and trade when you are ready. No pressure. I have purchased many vehicles from Parker Ford and have always found the price fair, delivery process on time and as promised and the service is great. The purchase process is great because there has never been in pressure, or push to purchase. Initially (10 years ago), I shopped for new vehicles. On my first visit to Parker Ford, the general manager came out of his office and greeted me. He said he would have a sales person with me in just a minute. About a minute later he returned and apologized because all the sales staff were with other customers. He asked how he could help. I told him what I wanted and I had seen the vehicle on his lot. He asked if I wanted to drive it and without any hesitation, gave me the keys. When I returned, he had the price calculated. We discussed the situation for less than 5 minutes and without going to anyone else for approval, we shook hands and closed the deal. I took my old vehicle home and cleaned out my possessions and returned the next morning and picked up my new vehicle. Every purchase (total of 10) have gone the same way. I continue dealing with the same person and am greeted by the staff anytime I stop in. The service department meets the same customer care standards. They don't push extra items like air filters, winshield wippers and things like that. When they tell you that something is needed, you better listen because it is true. The price is fair and the vehicle is returned on time and washed after each service. I am proud to call David Parker and Joe Rowland my friend and I trust their experience. David Parker and Johnny Morris are always friendly and pleasant. I am always asked if I am being taken care of. All members of the sales, parts and service departments treat me like family. I have driven Ford products for years and I cannot go anywhere and beat the deals that I get at Parker Ford. If I should have any problems they are handled quickly and I don't have a problem. Parker Ford cares about the purchaser for the long haul, not the quick sale. Their approach to customer service and sales encompasses all that was great about family owned businesses decades ago, a standard not the quick sale. No hard sell or feeling of being "rushed through the mill" at Parker. The sales staff want you to be happy both before, during, and AFTER your purchase with them. This extends itself to service and maintenance long after your initial purchase. They are also very conscious to keep prices low while maintaining this high standard of quality and service. I'm 100% happy with my experience and recommend this outstanding dealership to everyone. More

It was my first experience buying a vehicle "all by myself". Our Ford F150 was loosing transmission fluid. Took it to a local service center. They found a suspicious loose lug nut. Were ready to do more but they said they could not do the work because they did not a local service center. They found a suspicious loose lug nut. Were ready to do more but they said they could not do the work because they did not have the proper equipment. We called David Parker and told him the problem and he said "bring it right in" . Which we did and was immediatly taken into the service area and the truck was looked at. It was determined that it was still under warrenty. It was also determined that the recall for the door latch needed to be preformed. I had been told by another dealership not to worry about it unless it broke. Davids people said not true. Also the FORD insignia had come off of the tail gait. When they saw that it was also taken care of. It was impossible to do this while we were waiting so they gave us a car to drive home. Then when the work was done they delivered our truck to our driveway. This is not the first time we have been treated very well at Parkers. And I can assure you it won't be the last. More
The dealership staff was very friendly: Ron welcomed us immediately on our arrival, and Nick also took time to talk to us (it was his day off and he just happened to stop in for some other business). Ron offered us a test drive right away, no pressure applied. While negotiating the trade-in value, Ron was direct with us, didn't play any games and actually made an effort to get us a good trade-in. (The trade vehicle was spectacular and merited the price that we asked, and Ron recognized it would be an easy vehicle to resell.) Jill got us a good deal on financing and explained what she was doing as she worked with the lenders. We commented to both Ron and Jill how pleasant the experience was because it was so different from other dealerships that we've worked with; Jill explained that Parker tries hard not to be the typical dealer. I think they are succeeding in making themselves stand out as an exceptional dealership. More
