STAY AWAY FROM THE PRE-OWNED CENTER I purchased an X6 that was advertised as a CPO. I had to pay a "premium" for that - they were completely unwilling to negotiate the purchase price. I purchased an X6 that was advertised as a CPO. I had to pay a "premium" for that - they were completely unwilling to negotiate the purchase price. I loved the car and trusted that it was worth paying a bit more for the comfort of knowing that the vehicle had undergone a strict BMW inspection, so I bought it. Within 60 days of driving the car off the lot, my brake pads had to be replaced. I called to complain, since "wear" is supposed to be a part of the CPO inspection and the brake pads should have been new(er). After all, brakes are a SAFETY feature. Again, they were completely unwilling to work with me. Wouldn't even cover a portion of it. (They did try to sell me an upgraded maintenance package though. LOL) I don't know why I bothered paying a premium for a CPO vehicle. It was basically just a dealer SCAM to get more money for the vehicle. STAY AWAY. More

Transparent and painless When I leased my 3 series I emailed 4 dealers. 3 of them did not say anything meaningful and only wanted to see me in person. Michael Messinger @ Park Ave is the only one who answered my questions straightly and that's why I did the deal with him even Park Ave BMW is 30 miles from my house. I had unique configuration so I had to do a factory order. On top of that I threw in another layer of complexity because I wanted to do European delivery. I did extensive research before I contacted the dealers so I knew how much the invoice price was. The price that Mike gave me was a reasonable amount added to the same invoice price that I calculated, not a penny over. Many dealers did not want to do European delivery or had no clue how to do it, but as an European delivery specialist Mike knew the program inside and out. Usually when placing the order for ED the CA would ask for 3 preferred pickup dates. Mike only asked me one. At first I was not sure if that was correct but in the end I knew that was because he understood how the program worked so only one date was enough. I picked up the car in Munich in May and everything was like what Mike told me. Before I went on my journey to Germany I had to sign the final paperwork with the dealership. The monthly payment on the final paperwork was exactly as what I calculated, to the penny. Mike did not try to add any hidden fees and the money I paid was the money that we discussed in the email communications. Overall I give Mike the top rating because he has reasonable price, deep knowledge about the business, transparent and very easy to deal with. Highly recommended! More
