We're planners and very analytical, not at all impulsive. We bought the car. Hans is like no other car salesperson we've met. He's open, honest and up front with discounts and promotions. He's extremely knowledgeable about the cars BMW makes. You'd expect all salespeople to be, but that's simply not true. If you're in the market for a BMW, go visit Hans, even if he's a little out of the way. Worth the trip! More

I ordered it with the track package and the power and sound option upon the advice of my sales advisor, Craig Cayetano, and have not regretted the additional cost for one moment. This car is my sixth BMW and clearly my favorite! It is actually almost as thrilling to drive and my Porsches. My purpose in writing you today, however, is not to express my satisfaction with the car but rather to express my satisfaction and appreciation towards Craig. Craig was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the ordering and delivery stages and continues to be a helpful and friendly resource today. He is able to straddle the line between being an advocate for the dealership and an advocate for the client. This left me feeling cared for and trusting that I was dealing with an honest organization. At the delivery center, beautiful facility by the way, I was assigned a team of ‘geniuses’ who began to introduce me to the car. Having experience with the car meant that my questions were more sophisticated and once they realized that Craig was my sales advisor they said “Let’s just wait for Craig he’ll be here in a minute”. I was amazed at the completeness of his knowledge and by the respect he commanded by those around him. I, and I dare say the geniuses, profited from his experience. I’ve continued to rely upon him over the weeks since delivery and always find him accessible and helpful. This quality is particularly admirable since there is no commission on the horizon.
