The price negotiations were stress-free and we came to a mutually agreed price. After a couple of months, the car arrived and we were impressed with the delivery process. This included a relaxed discussion with Roger Pic, the Finance Manager. We were able to get a negotiated down protection package that we didn't feel was unnecessary. And the over 1 hour "Genius" review with Mark Saunders was very informative. He took his time despite it being well beyond closing time. Overall, an excellent experience. More
