I was in the market for a new 335i and shopped around various dealers throughout the area. Brad was the most straight-forward in every aspect and quoted a great price. Throughout the entire wait Brad provided regular updates and always made me feel like I knew what was going on. All of the procedural things (paperwork, etc.) were done in a smooth fashion from start to finish. It was also obvious that Brad knew the car inside and out. He spent a great deal of time at delivery explaining the ins and outs of it. If you're in the market for a new car and you don't try Park Ave BMW you'll miss out on a great buying experience. More

All of the individuals were exceptionally helpful and professional. As a first time buyer of a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I was somewhat skeptical about the process and a bit uninformed. After all, no one LIKES dealing with car salesmen! However, Park Avenue BMW personnel really took care of me. I first purchased a 3 series vehicle for a fair price and loved it but shortly after I owned it I decided that I wanted more room in the car for added comfort. Brad called me after I bought the car to check on my satisfaction, he listened to my dilemma and asked me if I wanted to come in and look at other larger vehicles. I did and ultimately purchased a second vehicle after returning the first one. I'm sure that there was no financial benefit to Brad to assist me with this process but he did so with due diligence and the utmost professionalism. His assistance was invaluable and I now own a CPO 5 series and really love it. I highly recommend this dealer and this salesman to EVERYONE!! More

I have given this rating to this dealership because I brought my car in for service due to an electronic malfunction. I was livid, I have owned this car for less than 2 months at this time. Larry, was ve brought my car in for service due to an electronic malfunction. I was livid, I have owned this car for less than 2 months at this time. Larry, was very calm, I was given a loaner and I went home. The bottom line is I had two bottles of wine that had broken in the trunk of my car which was clearly my fault. The fee to repair the computer damage was over 700$ I spoke with David Bergamotto, the Service director. He approved the service to be done at no cost to me. The only thing that he asked me to buy was as cargo tray for the inside of my trunk which cost me 74$. This was about 10% of what the job really cost. Although, this was my fault, my car is fully covered for service, they still worked with me. I greatly appreciate them employees of this establishement and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quatlity service. T.E. Roberts-Steele More
