Brad at Park Ave BMW (internet sales) was very helpful and polite on the phone. We were looking for a recent low mileage 3-series BMW and when we arrived at the dealership the next day he was ready for us and polite on the phone. We were looking for a recent low mileage 3-series BMW and when we arrived at the dealership the next day he was ready for us and had the cars that we wanted to see and test drive. He was very accomodating and knowledgeable in assisting us with our final selection. We went to lunch while he prepared the paperwork and had the car detailed. When we returned everything was ready for us. We were very appreciative that Brad also stayed with us after the sale was completed, and gave us a complete education on how all the numerous options worked. We felt that this will really enable us to get the most out of our new 328xi. This is the 2nd time that we have traveled all the way from Long Island to Park Ave BMW in New Jersey to lease a car...and each time it has been well worth the trip.
