I had been to Prestige BMW, JMK BMW and Bloomfield BMW before going to Park Ave BMW. I heard Park Ave was the best all around so saved them for last. I was shopping for a 2011 335 x drive M sport 6 spe before going to Park Ave BMW. I heard Park Ave was the best all around so saved them for last. I was shopping for a 2011 335 x drive M sport 6 speed sedan white with chestnut leather. The other dealerships consistantly pushed me to settle for a 328 or upsell me to a M3. Neither sales associates could really tell me about what i wanted or had any knowledge of the 2011 model. I was dissapointed until i left Prestige on my 3rd trip there with a number for a car i wasnt even sure about, i wound up meeting Jeremy Behar(salesman) outside the dealership where he was on his way back in from delivering a car to a customer. When i met him he had a glow around him, upon my first convo with the salesman i knew he was different and he would be my best bet to get me into my first BMW. Well we went to his desk showed me my options of what was in stock. He saw i was not happy with settling so he had recommended to me to order a brand new BMW the way i wanted. My color and options i wanted were hard to find and rare. So we did it. Pulled the trigger with everything. Also got a great price. Beat out the other dealers prices by a long shot and made me comfortable. After everything was complete i am still completely happy and brought back 3 friends and family members for new cars and i will continue to let everyone know about my experience at Park Ave and with Jeremy. Unlike other dealers Brad followed up and found me a car to my satisfaction at a price we could agree on. I admit I low balled the offer but he was a professional and relayed it and we arrived at common ground. Obviously his manager cooperated too. When I picked up vehcile it was all set, he explained everything to me and muy son and had gifts for us. I was in and out in no time. Car is a joy to ride and operate and looks incredible. I will enver buy new again after this experience. Brad made buying a car over the net a painless and excellent experience. More
