My radio had been acting funny. I called up the service department and they said if I dropped off the car on Monday night they would give me a loaner car. Monday night I drove to the service department in department and they said if I dropped off the car on Monday night they would give me a loaner car. Monday night I drove to the service department in South Hackensack. Jeff immediately came over to greet me, asked me what was wrong with the radio, and then set me up with a loaner car. He said I was due for an oil change soon so they'd just do it while the car was already there. I was in and out in 10 minutes! The next day I received a phone call from Jeff that he'd be off the rest of the week and that Rich would be handling the rest. The following day (Wednesday), Rich called me to notify me that my car was ready for pick-up. Right after work I headed over to the service department, I checked out at the desk and the valet brought out my car. The radio is completely fixed! Park Ave BMW service department is efficient. They make the experience simple, and are open late for people like me that work the daily 9-5 grind. Everyone there was friendly and willing to assist, I must have been asked by 5 different people if I was being taken care of yet. Thank you Rich & Jeff! More

Mike made my sale as quick and painless as possible. He had everything prepared for me when I went to pick up my car, and the sale was actually an enjoyable experience.
