I recently entered the market for a new car. My choices boiled down to either an Audi or a BMW. I first visited an Audi dealer. I left there and went to Park Avenue BMW. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist upon entering. Thereafter my teenage daughter and I walked around for quite some time by ourselves looking at the cars in the showroom. We were about to leave, and that's when I first saw Andre Lindsay. He asked if I was being helped. I told him of my interest and he was quick to personally guide me around the showroom. He was patient and very professional. I did not feel rushed or hassled. Andre was very knowledgeable about every model. He answered all of my questions. I found an X3 that I liked and was interested in. Mr. Lindsay suggested that I take the car out for a test drive. I was somewhat apprehensive about driving the dealer's car off the lot. But, with his wise persuasion, I did so. I'm glad I did. The test drive sold me on the car. I put a down payment on the car that same day. The following day I returned to complete the necessary paperwork. Andre answered all of my questions and concerns. Upon completion of the paperwork he had my car waiting for me, all polished and ready to go. He sat in the car with me and explained every feature of the car in full detail. He did not move onto the next feature until he was sure that I clearly understood his explanation. Andre Lindsay is an astute and adroit salesman. His professionalism is impeccable. Kudos to Park Avenue BMW for having him on their staff. This is my first BMW, but because of Andre I'm sure it won't be my last.
