I was shopping around for a BMW Z4 for quite some time. I had 2 very bad experiences so I was ready to move on. I saw in the internet the ad about the two Z4's you had so I decided to take a look. My experience at Park Ave BMW (Maywood, NJ) was great, especially that the sales man I dealt with Brad Russak really worked hard to get me the deal I was looking for. As a customer of Park Avenue since the early 1990's, I continue to be impressed and amazed by their service. My latest experience was for my 2011 750i. For reasons that had nothing to do with Park Avenue, the finish on my car (with 14,000 miles) was not up to my standards. On initial inspection, Larry called in his manager and they approved a wax and compound on the paint. Larry phoned me to say that they were still not satisfied with the finish, and were going to wet sand the paint; a process that would take a full day. When I got the ar back, not only did it look better than any 750 in a show room, but Larry has the car fully serviced so that I could avoid a future service appointment within the next 300 or 400 miles. I have worked with Larry at Park Avenue service since I bought my first used 535i in 1992. He treated me like a long time customer back then, and I have gone on to purchase over 10 5 series, x5s, and most recently a 750 from Park Ave as a result. More

We were very fortunate that Brett Drummer responded to our inquiry; he worked with us immediately and very well to settle on a very fair price for the car. We were able to do a test drive and indeed the car was in fantastic shape as advertised.Brett took the time to go through all the details and helped us to interface with the finance group to complete the purchase. The day we picked the car up, Brett had it all ready and spent a good deal of time with us going over the operating features. Our older BMW had very few of these features and therefore we needed to be educated well to get in and drive the car home. Brett was oustanding - knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. But Francine Barieri made the whole process incredibly easy and gave us a price that was better than I had anticipated. There was no sales pressure, just the facts. Francine puts you at ease and makes you feel that she is truly working for your best interest. She was great with the whole pickup process as well, spending the time to go over all of the vehicles features. Even offering to act as a liaison to any future service trips that I would make with the vehicle. The internet sales division is definitely the way to go and Francine is everything you would want from a car salesperson. Two of my close friends are also auto salesman with rival car companies and they could not beat the deal or the experience that I received. More

We recently got our new 2012 X3 from park ave BMW and the experience was amazing, Jeff was very co-operative and helpful, we were in the market for an upgrade from our 3 series to a bigger vehicle and Jeff p experience was amazing, Jeff was very co-operative and helpful, we were in the market for an upgrade from our 3 series to a bigger vehicle and Jeff patiently helped us, as well as guided us into our new X3, he worked within the budget that we put in front of him and the options that we wanted to have in the car and he made sure that most of the requirements were met, given that it was a busy week for the dealership (year end/new years) he still gave us enough time and attention which was seriously lacking at the other dealership we went to.
